$SHLDQ When the liquidation is over a payout is coming to Bondholders and shareholders. The math doesn't lie. These SURPLUS assets were put in trust for benefit of unsecured creditors (including shareholders) then Transferred to Transform to be liquidated there. This information is all documented in the Chapter 11 Plan and other Bankruptcy Docs. Liquidating Billions in Inventory in 687 stores, and selling non-essential businesses takes years, not weeks or months. Sears Bonds are $20 each but worth $1,000 or more each, the stock is not available, SHLDQ has liquidated, it will be reissued. Invest at your own risk and do your own research, our assets are being held at Transform, the SRZ Liquidating Trust (wind down) has nothing to do with us, so ignore the Bankruptcy filings/case, our assets are in TWO other trusts at Transform Holdco.
