I had 3,000 shares at avg price $1.75.
No I have 4,500 shares of a different company.

$SGE You get 1.5 shares in $FGF for every share of SGE you had. Math is hard for some, but if you have 1000 shares of SGE prior to merge then you will have 1500 shares in FGF. Its not rocket science.

@TA_Kongen It doesn't matter much if $SGE gets $0.8M because $SGE will cease to exist shortly (although it will continue to exist under "Amalco"). The Business Combination with $FGF was approved at the September 17 Shareholder Meeting. Management sucks.
We can only dream and hope for a supposed "squeeze" after the official completion and press release of the Business Combination.
There are several additional approvals needed in Canada before they can issue the miraculous press release.

We are stuck here until a press release stating the transaction is complete, which supposedly will make the price go up so we bagholders can get the fuck out of this POS.
Hurry up Canada, we want to keep making disastrous investment decision somewhere else! We can't just have dead capital here. We have the talent to dream about supposed "squeezes" in other penny stocks too!

$SGE Ok, so the Business Combination was APPROVED at the September 17th Meeting and an 8K form was filed today stating that.
"Proposal No. 1: Approve the Arrangement Agreement and Plan of Arrangement and the related transactions, thereby approving the Business Combination (the “Arrangement and Plan of Arrangement Proposal”). The stockholders approved the Arrangement and Plan of Arrangement Proposal by the following votes:
For 6,569,047
Against 17,047"
Also five Directors were approved as well.
I e-mailed them and Mark Robertson answered back. They will release more information regarding additional steps and closing of transaction.

$SGE So what the hell did they decide in the Meeting? Can't this pathetic management just comunicate to its shareholders the results? Is the business combination approved or not? Just fucking release the veredict so we can take the hell out of this POS company soon to be delisted/soon to be Amalco.
