$SGAMY As expected, the next Yakuza/Like A Dragon game was announced today at RGG Summit for $SONY PS4/PS5, $MSFT XBox One/Series S|X, and PC, and it looks awesome! The Toyko Game Show is up next, September 26-29, and SEGA reportedly has 3 mystery slots in its lineup. $SGAMY $LINK.X A new Rent A Hero game was announced today as part of Line Next's "web3 ecosystem" and will feature some kind of NFTs. It was reported last year that Line Next was licensing one of SEGA's IPs for an upcoming blockchain-based game, so this is it. They're based in the US and Korea so it seems like there's a chance this will be playable in English. Not a huge blockbuster title, but it's a game that will quietly sell over a million units and bring in some solid profits. $SGAMY Sega sells 'Company of Heroes' studio Relic Entertainment Sega has sold Relic Entertainment, a game developer behind the "Company of Heroes" and "Dawn of War" games. In a statement, Relic said that, with an external investor, it will become an independently-run development studio. "We want to thank Sega, whose support over the years and guidance during this transition have been instrumental to our success," the studio said.
