$SEOVF Evotec is going under with this. Scammy former Evotec CEO bought this for 1.57 and 2.47 CAD right? Market manipulation at its best. Wondering if Evotec shareholders will go to court because of overpaying with their money into Sernova.

$SEOVF wondering that you still post bullish… the whole report shows the mess in this company. CFO issues, shareholder activist leaving board, Dr. PT gone, conformal coating not working, they have a hard time to get capital and so on.

$SEOVF they cancelled Conformal-Coating. Their fairy tale is over finally. That means a possible typ 2 diabetes market is gone + this will be in a niche position for typ 1 if ever. Their possible market is shrinking by a lot today. Only hard to treat patients are gonna use this cuz of side effects.

Love the tech, but not the shares out an financial situation. I know they have Hemophilia, Diabetes and there's been some recent buzz on thyroid stuff. Don't have time at moment to research, busy with gold and mining stuff with gold up.

$SEOVF But the biggest fraud was the increase in spending. From 6M to 25M. Everyone thought they could operate with 55M for like 4-6 years based on 6M spending per year but that increased to 25M per year. The new CEO will most likely do a new start. Sernova needs more funding like 250M+ anf therefore they need to do a R/S. 100 to 1 to get it back to 33M shares. Get on NASDAQ and raise 250M.
Good luck! Any „old“ shareholder will be chapter 11 here.

$SEOVF don‘t forget the guy that invested 12 million here from switzerland. Lol all gone! So not only small investors but also those that have a bit more money believed in the story and got frauded. Especially they should have know that human donor cells will not be enough for approval. Thats might be also a reason why Evotec did not do an upfront payment. We needed Evotec more than they needed us.

$SEOVF I am warning you 9-11 months now…. Everyone ignored my arguments. 🙈 Evotec cells still not in trials. The earliest they can ask for FDA BLA is 2030… earliest… they need 8 years of funding. They are pre clinical cuz their phase 1/2 human donor cells will not make it to approval cuz of low supply of human donor cells. Former CEO P.T. lied to us but he will say things changed and thats not untrue… forward looking statement.

$SEOVF the only good thing is that formers CEO P.T. 3 million shares are worthless too now. I am wondering that we still see zero volume here. Not many jumping ship…. And on the other hand no obe is posting on ST means better to avoid this stock. If no US investor is interested than not enough money coming in to hold SP high over a buck+.

$SEOVF don’t forget that they are searching for new investors. Those normally buy new dilutional shares and not buying at the open market. They need fresh cash.

See where the data takes, will probably gobble up $1-2k over the next year if I like what I see as an opener. Sorry about your sister, highly recommend Loop with $DXCM and $PODD for the best tech in helping manage it.
