@JF42 It's plenty -- they have manufacturing already setup with $SCTL long ago. Anyway, $LLY will have been granted 50 million shares or something like that by then probably to cover the costs.

$SCTL Societal CDMO investors could have been rich being attached to the Cingulate drug hype train. Too bad the leadership ran it into the ground first. Nice work guys

$SCTL I just read an article about drug shortages in the U.S. This is why I’m disgusted with this management and BOD!⬇️
While ASHP CEO Paul Abramowitz warned that all drug classes are vulnerable to drug shortages, he said that "some of the most worrying shortages involve generic sterile injectable medications, including cancer chemotherapy drugs and emergency medications stored in hospital crash carts and procedural areas."
Literally the exact business Societal was in!! But they couldn’t secure any contracts?!? BS!! They weren’t trying!! To busy arranging a criminally low buyout of the business!!! They were working on selling this business for 3 yrs. It was David and Ryan’s main focus since taking over. Sickening people.

$SCTL Goodbye all!! It’s been real. We all got hosed by David and Ryan and the BOD. This company should have been worth $3-$5.00/share after the debt refinance and supposed land sale that never came through. David made a lot of mistakes and got paid handsomely to do it. I wish the SEC would do their jobs and start holding these people accountable for stealing peoples money. Never ever invest in a company that Ryan Lake is associated with. He’s a destroyer of lives!! ✌🏻

$SCTL You know, all the public and or private offerings held within the last 2 yrs or so, knew of these inquiries into buying this company. Retail investors weren’t privy to this information. So these companies like First Light and a few others were getting in at .40 and knew they had offers of at least double that amount. So of course they are going to buy in. David and Ryan and the BOD were working on this for several years too. I believe 2021 or so. After watching the show Suits and the documentary on Uber, I wouldn’t be surprised if David Enloe wasn’t a plant by someone to set this whole transaction up from the start! We would never know. Tank the stock price, institutional investors and hedge funds and insiders get in dirt cheap, make a couple decent deals to prop up the company, and then turn around and sell the company for triple what they bought in at. Of course they positioned themselves to make sure they had enough votes or shares to be tendered to pass the deal.

$SCTL For anyone following this thread(SCTL), could you please indicate whether you have tendered or are intending to tender your shares by April 4, 2024. I don’t know what to do, and I hold 15k shares currently. Just please indicate “tendered” or “not tendering”. Thank you!

$SCTL Why buy a small company for their liquid fill capacity for $50M, if you were gonna sell your business for how much…$250-$300M??? It never paid off did it??

$SCTL Don’t sell and don’t tender your shares!! There is legal action being taken. They are trying to rob retail investors after taking a lowball offer. They were offered $1.20! Why not take that?? They waited and lost out on that. Hopefully a better offer comes in. This is worth more than $1.10/share with the right management and BOD in place!! Let’s get rid of these shysters!!😡

$SCTL $1.10 in pre-market?? 🤔
I’d kick myself hard if I sold and they got a better offer. I gotta wait. I honestly never thought it would reach $1.10 before the deal was done done. 🤷🏻♂️ Never been through this before.

$SCTL IMO this entire deal reeks of First Light trying to leave for reasons that are unclear to me and just wants out for their original buy at 1.10 and with their profit from 40 cents. They have like 1.2 billion AUM so it's really unfortunate they couldn't do more to shop us around and handed us off to a no name CDMO with a smaller headcount and far weaker track record. I am still hopeful a better deal comes through within 20 days of the announcement. There should be many other CDMOs that would love to have Societal's injectables manufacturing line with daily capacity of 10k units, especially on the heels of the Catalent acquisition. Please repost and at minimum, let's get some activism coming from us retail shareholders. Holding 100k shares here, cost avg 83 cents.

$SCTL What I think is very telling about this “Offer”, is that this is what the BOd and upper management has been working on for months and months now. Not necessarily growing the business and building to profitability. But rather, how can we all bail out of this mess we created and still milk the most money out of it. AND most importantly, they have set this up so it’s guaranteed not to fail. All the maneuvering of millions of shares(votes if you will) put in the correct hands to ensure a 50% tender rate. I’m sure I’m off on the specifics, but the general idea, is that these people have been working behind the scenes to screw shareholders for a very long time. I sincerely hope there will be a class action lawsuit against this deal(steal really).

$SCTL The CEO and CFO just got millions of shares vested. I can see why they would encourage the buyout. The rich get richer and us retail bums get screwed over. The stock market is just a game. It’s got nothing to do with helping people battle afflictions. Nobody ever had any intentions of building this company back to profitability. It’s sad what this world has become. Pure corruption.
