$RMTI At this point I had an idea. They put this CEO to restore the company and get around 100 million by making contracts. He would have already found the new ways he wanted to use to expand his earnings in almost 2 years, so in my opinion it was all bullshit when he talked about FPC. 2025 will be his last year on his contract and he will make an acquisition as soon as his contract expires. That's what I'm thinking right now. He will then sell Rockwell to a big company that has never been named and that will come out of the hat as if by magic and which in my opinion will be neither Davita nor Baxter. So until 2025 every few months he will make some contracts and then in the end he will sell it.

$RMTI So it looks like they can't raise capital with Davita's permission unless it's no more than a $5M loc. Seems to me they have no option but to sell or partner. Probably wishful thinking on my part. This fucking blows.

$RMTI What happens every time davita puts new machines in a clinic ? The new machines have a built in bicarb system that only the vendor of that machine sells to davita. Rockwell loses the bicarb business to that clinic. That is a problem.
