About Rithm Capital Corp.

Rithm Capital Corp. operates as an asset manager focused on real estate, credit, and financial services. It operates through Origination and Servicing, Investment Portfolio, Mortgage Loans Receivable, and Asset Management segments. Its investment portfolio primarily comprises of mortgage servicing rights (MSR), and MSR financing receivables, title, appraisal and property preservation, excess MSRs, and services advance investments; real estate securities, call rights, SFR properties, and residential mortgage loans; consumer and business purpose loans; and asset management related investments. The company qualifies as a real estate investment trust for federal income tax purposes. It generally would not be subject to federal corporate income taxes if it distributes at least 90% of its taxable income to its stockholders. The company was formerly known as New Residential Investment Corp. and changed its name to Rithm Capital Corp. in August 2022. Rithm Capital Corp. was incorporated in 2011 and is based in New York, New York.

$RITM Pretty sure we have this one figured out, but I will never guarantee anything with it. Only thing I can guarantee about it is 1. Michael is the best CEO in this business, no doubt. 2. Michael is always a long term thinker. He can give 2 shits about what the stock price is today, he is always thinking much further out then probably any of us. I still have not quite figured out that last offering, but I can assure you, there is a reason. I really thought they would buy back preferred shares, and that don't seem to be it, and it really would not have saved much. Then I thought it was to buy $AJX, and that didn't seem to happen, but I still think we will end up owning it. I am 99% positive that AJX will be our spin out of REIT business, but I think Michael wants to see the investment portfolio get fair value, Genesis to continue to grow and Sculptor getting more AUM.....before he spins out NewRez. One thing for sure, book value now is $12.50...should be $16. $12 shares coming!

$ARR $NLY $RITM $AGNC 10 years treasury looks steady & falling thereby pushing REITS higher, anyways all these treasury spikes before were all superficial because of election, in real scenario rates are getting cut and will get further cut, you should see spike in all RIETS stocks. @Championinvestor $RITM Increased rates have no impact on RITM, so you can’t put this investment with the rest of the mREITs… in my view, it’s time to split the company - they have been talking 2 years about it and now just need to get this over with and unlock the full value of this company. Look at the latest ER - value upside is 40 to 60% from here, while you sit and bank 10% of dividends every year.
