Rithm Capital Corp. operates as an asset manager focused on real estate, credit, and financial services. It operates through Origination and Servicing, Investment Portfolio, Mortgage Loans Receivable, and Asset Management segments. Its investment portfolio primarily comprises of mortgage servicing rights (MSR), and MSR financing receivables, title, appraisal and property preservation, excess MSRs, and services advance investments; real estate securities, call rights, SFR properties, and residential mortgage loans; consumer and business purpose loans; and asset management related investments. The company qualifies as a real estate investment trust for federal income tax purposes. $RITM I am a little confused......I have read 2 different things. My ToS says dividend tomorrow........but the press release says April 1. Is this some kind of April fools joke......anyone know if we go ex divy tomorrow or Monday? Or do I just need to wait until in the morning and find out? We are probably about a month or 2 from $13+ I think........unless we have a catalysts that moves us sooner. I am sure the ER will be good this time......or at least I am counting on it being very strong. Just my humble opinion. Do your own DD......I am just an old roofer, not a broker or anal cyst. Best to everyone.

@Frontlineinv @Steveweller @JeffBenard You know, all kidding aside. Seems like they could make a deal on this. Hear me out. RITM could secure the bond at like 8-10%, and the bond must be secured by unencumbered real estate with them being first in line to take the property if Trump must pay. He forfeits 40 Wall Street, which had loans from $LADR and was appraised at $400-500M, Trump Tower another $300-400M, NikeTown another $300-400M. So he puts up those 3 buildings, we become first lienholders. This does 2 things for Trump, it gets his bond and he keeps his buildings because old girl don't want buildings with loans. We get collateral at a significant discount since it is commercial, and 10-12% on our money until bond is paid. From a PR standpoint, we will get attention. Trump fans will be happy and liberals will be happy that Trump is losing his buildings. $RITM could play both sides. Be Trumps hero, and a hero to liberals if they end up taking his buildings. Its business.

@Frontlineinv @czav Geeze I am with you Front.....I am half cash thru this rally, killing me. I keep expecting us to pull back in market, but it looks very strong, election year......just hard to tell. I think $RITM and the REITs will do well though, 3 rate cuts...they will fly! I keep betting on a pullback on $SPY by April 15 or so.....hope I am right. Gonna start buying some month out puts on it. May even get me some RITM puts, just so I am not crying if market pulls us down a lil.
