$RHE The company's situation is critical but not hopeless. A successful restructuring and convincing the NYSE American regulators will be key to achieving stability. However, moving to the OTC market would significantly undermine investor confidence and reduce the liquidity of its shares.

$RHE Gosusama , I assume that, like me, you have done a market analysis of the company and can see from the reports what is currently causing the problem. The company has been operating at close to 15-20% of full occupancy (1500 beds) for years. This has caused significant operating losses. As well as a significant dividend burden of nearly 65 million in Class A shares is also a serious problem. Since July 2023 they have been undergoing a major restructuring. If they can convince the NYSE American's stock market inspectors of this, they will have the opportunity to improve. If not, head for the OTC market, where thousands of naked short sellers like you await.
