@KingBocephus73 since it *was* at a premium to #NAV, it probably would have dripped at a discount until 8/29/23. Since it is NOW at a discount to #NAV, it most likely does not. I don't have empirical evidence to show you, but it looks like the big dividend cut from $0.1990 to $0.1180 announced on 8/29 drastically affected share price and therefore the relationship to #NAV. If I owned any shares of $RA I would have turned off the #DRIP at that point since it probably wouldn't be discounted anymore and just take any dividend income for other investments. I might also look to exit or reassess the position. There's also no need to check SEC filings to look for the 'magic' 95% (but, it's there). Good luck.
