$QLI how someone alone is manipulating the stock because of low volume. S/he decide the ask and bid. If you bid same as him/her, s/he will raise the bid. If you ask, s/he will lower the ask.

@PennyStocksMom I have been observing $QLI for past few weeks and i see that one single person is manipulating the price of the stock daily. As the volume is very low, s/he is using limit buy and sell and setting the price s/he wants. You will always see 338 numbers on the bid and ask.

$QLI the mixed shelf offerings are going to be used sparingly and not all at once... the company has 200 dollars to offer not 200 million shares.. so the random offerings could happen way above 1.00 to minimize the number of diluted shares.. so dont let the shorts scare you in believing any other information that's hasn't been filed by the company . the assume the shelf offering is going to happen asap... that isn't what the company explained to us...
