$PTRAQ AVCTQ has the same destiny with proterra but I see that there is a faithful group of people who are fighting for their investment and hopefully they will get paid as they deserved. In this room after the 13 march declaration everyone is missing and agree with the result.Interesting

$PTRAQ It was easy to see the in the first few days after the bankruptcy filing that this would end up worthless. I posted that in the forum within a few days of the bankruptcy filings. People here were mislead by an analysis of the wrong numbers and completely overlooking the realities of bankruptcy. People would rather hear magical promises of getting rich quick instead of a depressing analysis of the almost certain outcome. I've followed a lot of bankruptcies. They have a lot more in common than most people realize. People in every bankruptcy claim that their bankruptcy is special and that the shares won't get wiped out, but they are wrong about 95% of the time. They were wrong here.

$PTRAQ so Phoenix motorcars, the company that grabbed the transit portion of this is having trouble making payroll at the bus plant. I hate to say I told you so, but Denton Peng is a shady character. Maybe PEV will file for chapter 11 and history will repeat itself. Maybe Cowen will scoop it up

$PTRAQ I believe that the class action was filed before the bankruptcy, and it only applies to people who purchased during a certain period of time before the filing. There are others here who know more about this than I do.
