$PSRU $MDCN Seriously guys, I just came across the article as I was deep diving others, and wow... just wow... Please take a quick minute and check the SEC filings before you fall for this idiocy.... for one, $MDCN just recently established, somehow secures a $10M "loan from Elite Bank" and "purchases highly valued basketball assets from $PSRU" ....all while being the same CEO for both companies? lmfao... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what is going on here... If this doesn't have a giant P&D sign flashing in neon, this hilarious BS announcement might as well be one, especially with the CEO coming out for both companies claiming how it'lll be "amazing opportunity for both companies, especially MDCN shareholders"

Positive aspects: - Revenue increased from $437,576 in H1 2023 to $551,689 in H1 2024 - Net income improved from a loss of $423,412 in H1 2023 to a profit of $127,077 in H1 2024 - Total assets increased from $17.1 million at end of 2023 to $20.0 million as of June 30, 2024 - Stockholders' equity grew from $15.5 million to $18.6 million over the same period Concerning aspects: - Cash position remains very low at only $2,453 as of June 30, 2024 - Company has $1.3 million in long-term debt - Significant stock dilution occurred, with shares outstanding increasing from 8 billion to 12.8 billion in 6 months - Many of the company's assets appear to be intangible/illiquid (e.g. film rights, subsidiaries) Just wonder what the temperature is on this for folks.
