@Fixembones in 2017 or 2018 I made over 800k on $POTN . Blue chips give maybe 100% in a great year but still can lose 50% in a week. Otc is screwed up and heavily manipulated but can reward us with 10000% gain in a week

$TRKAQ The S-3 is an amendment (update really), not a new filing, this is the old shelf offering. It clearly states in the filing that none of the shelf offering has been utilized as of yesterday. And for you math tards that assume $150,000,000 is the same as 150,000,000 shares, here is the clarification. At the $.21/share stated in the filing, if it were dumped into the market instantaneously, would equate to $150,000,000/$.21 per share = 714,285,714 new shares, which would push the total authorized to 1.5 billion (ish). A company cannot do that without incurring the wrath of the SEC, because they are only authorized 800,000,000. Business people go to jail for this, I own $POTN where the executives did this, got arrested and lost. This seems highly improbable considering they are a profitable business. Also if it were actually true we would be at $.10 not hanging on to $.20.

$POTN I got department of justice papers in the mail the other day on Viccaro and the theft of shareholders money. It has a section for how much I lost, So I sent it in with paperwork and will wait a year for my 3 pennies. At least they are finally putting it to bed. I wonder if they will follow through with the buying blocks of shares in the new company for how many old shares we had.....
