$PBIO Yes, Ric and Jeff have skin in this game. So, he has a vested interest in getting this ATM plugged in to print money. When? TBD. I'm hoping they can keep the lights on long enough, so we all have a happy ending and not just those who are insiders. Us common shareholders will be left holding the bag if they fold or are offered a deal that doesn't really benefit us. Keeping common shares off of the OTC is in our best interest for now. Yes, I'm still smoking hopium.

$PBIO You guys would have to gather the information on Ric Schumacher or Jeff Peterson to figure out how much money personally put into the company..believe me it is available but not so easily...you would probably be going back 15 or 16 years to capture all of Ric’s private placement type money give for shares that are mostly preferred and some common shares that were crushed in price and in 2 reverse splits.. then Ric Schumacher also went the company money for debt and interest without stock equity. What it looks like to the average shareholder is definitely not a positive result, but what the company has in the works should absolutely match up better with what Ric has promised in several big hyped conference calls.

$PBIO The Q2 that is long overdue, and the Q3 that is due today.. have been in the works and will be finished as soon as PBIO can… what matters is the Stock won’t trade until after filings are compliant and completed.. with that being said when people are actually able to trade the stock fairly..PBIO stock owners may start getting some press releases that I believe are very likely for many good reasons.. until next week. Because the company has been paying interest on their loans, bills, and Preferred share interest with discounted restricted shares in lieu of cash, he should have a very high percentage of the stock when added to the purchase with cash from his paycheck and grants from the Company. According to Yahoo Finance shares held by ALL Insiders is less than 1% (.90%). Read another way---ALL INSIDERS together don't have even 1% of the shares. How does that work out? Hint: Carl---when you lie---it's best to lie about something that can't be verified.

$PBIO yes the filings show his salary and his wife salary I believe. Who knows how up-to-date they are exactly, but it still doesn’t change the fact that over the years he’s put a lot of personal money into the company, probably about half of it in stock at much higher stock prices and half of it in the way of loans to the company.. hopefully there will be some filings done soon and some overdue press releases.. guess we’ll see how it plays out after the trading becomes more real.

@Drechio3961 The $PBIO SEC proxy filings say otherwise. Over $300k cash comp in each of the last few years. Wife isn't disclosed but should be as part of the "Certain Relationships & Related Transactions" section of the proxy statements.
