$PBIO Yes The delinquent filings are The delinquent filings are annoying, but I believe Q1 today will be filed. My percentage is 99%. that we will see it after 5:30 today. The last few items I’ve been at the one yard line a few different times recently.. Hopefully the Q2 will follow right about two weeks later then everybody can worry more about the big stuff that’s in process instead of delinquent filings. good weekend to all.

$PBIO It would help if just once something they say is going to happen actually does. The Q1 is months overdue, we were told in 2 weeks 5 weeks ago, the accounting firm, the hurricane, the holiday, then by Tuesday, now here we are on Friday, with Q3 coming to an end in 3 weeks and still Q1 not reported. To me they shouldn't say anything because it makes them look even worse when they keep giving us dates that aren't being kept.

$PBIO Well my optimistic hunch is that PBI purposely withheld reporting in order to halt OTC trading. The Q1/Q2 earnings will be sh_t reports. This prevents the SP from falling into pink sheet lala land. However, there are some deals in the works that will be announced (my hopium optimism) in hopes they will boost SP even with sh_t Q1/Q2 reports and will keep the company in OTC trading land. This has always been PBIs MO of promising the moon and delivering nothing. Let's hope they actually have something this time or it will be trading on the pink sheet market at sub penny levels.

$PBIO as we wait for a large household names and other potential contracts. we are also business as usual with some new product formulations getting closer. in the meantime, large investors are doing extra due diligence on our Technologies platforms valuation.. Now the Q1 Now the Q1 comment q1.com now the Q1 comment .. we know the last NT filing showed about one week for Q1 and an additional two weeks to file Q2 after Q1 is completed. so we all understand it’s close but the accounting firm Malone and Bailey Is actually closed today and Monday. knowing they went through the eye of the hurricane and the extreme flooding plus uncle Bud‘s aquisition gave extra steps in the Q1 filing we are delayed..but my best guess would be Tuesday or Wednesday.

Today, when I went to the Pressure Biosciences website, and clicked on "Investors" to get the SEC filings, like usual, I just get, "This account has been suspended" at the top of a blank page. I tried it six times just in case I did it incorrectly. What is that about? Did PBIO erase the IR dept.? Is that why Carl hasn't posted in a week?

$PBIO Carl, has all the reports been filed now to get us up to date and back on track to be up listed back to OTC? Have you bought any shares from the Expert market at the current price, and who would actually sell their shares at .025 to allow them to be bought.
