$OWLT Announced probably bigger news this wk than getting fda nod for dreamsock. It ran ab 60-70% on fda news. This wk it went down 5% on international clearance with 12k shares traded after announcement. Again I ask what are we missing here? Every company gets some love on announcements but not this one. No buyers and no sellers. Just a slow bleed on no volume. There is no liquidity in this stock. Idk how they plan on gaining compliance back with NYSE. If they can’t convince investors to buy we are just pissing in the wind. P/s is atrocious compared to peers and they are getting better returns every quarter. Not sure what to think anymore. Deeply undervalued for over a year now. When is it OWLTs turn?

$OWLT An amended 10k was filed this afternoon. Makes me think we might be seeing some preferred share conversion coming soon. Again, ballpark, it looks like we are sitting at closer to 25m (fully diluted) outstanding shares here. This puts the implied, fully diluted MC at $107m, which based on $65m in 2024 revenue, puts our p/s ratio at 1.65. I still think 3 is closer to fair p/s. All this to say, we should be sitting at closer to $8/share right now. And this share price only gets bigger as their revenue increases. I'm personally going to wait for this preferred share conversion, aka dilution, to be announced to see if the pros try and shake the tree.

$OWLT Daily wave data told us the direction, and weekly confirms it, ignoring the monthly signal due to higher time frames having been sketch at best with the low volume, typically printing signals late. Risk levels on the weekly are incredibly low, and I've said it before, stocks RARELY re-enter the green risk zone. Pre-earnings run up is obvious at this point. With CE approval / INTL expansion and profitability imminent, and macro improvements right around the corner, we're not far off from this being a long term reversal. I've noticed on twitter that several analysts have started to notice this and I can only imagine that will snowball. My base case is that this avoids delisting in December, recapturing $50m market cap by year end; mid is all catalysts are realized and this is valued appropriately and gets acquired for a discount around $15; and best case is that larger organizations leave it alone as it grows and let it recover 100% market cap minus dilution, around $60.
