$ODV Deep value here. The catch is that the Cariboo construction is only projected to be completed by late 2027, and it sounds to me that the CEO doesn't want to sell the co before multiples are much higher. He probably wants to first complete the Cariboo project to achieve extracting 200-220K+ ounces of gold per year in BC, and then to build up the Utah Tintic project, together to massively boost the valuation before he would consider any M&A offer, so very long term play.

$ODV they want more money! Environmental concerns were addressed prior to EA certificate being awarded in June 2023. I am hearing they have a lawyer who is known by the Canadian Government for these type of maneuvers. The other First Nation’s closer to the mine are in favor. $ODV what precisely does the Xatśūll First Nation want from this deal? What would it take to get it across the line? Reading their most recent public statement, it looks like they simply do not want the mine period. And if that’s the case, ODV better make a plan quick for the Tintic district.
