$ODV From what I keep reading the three First Nation groups are arguing over which of them actually has claims on the land? There has to be a limit to this crap. So, an archaeologist finds a centuries old arrowhead someplace and suddenly these guys can shut down economic progress? 🧐

$ODV they want more money! Environmental concerns were addressed prior to EA certificate being awarded in June 2023. I am hearing they have a lawyer who is known by the Canadian Government for these type of maneuvers. The other First Nation’s closer to the mine are in favor. See this statement released today.

$ODV what precisely does the Xatśūll First Nation want from this deal? What would it take to get it across the line? Reading their most recent public statement, it looks like they simply do not want the mine period. And if that’s the case, ODV better make a plan quick for the Tintic district.

$ODV Part 2. So now you have a company that looks to go it alone to make a major pay up. If you have no option other than a partnership you don't get the best deal. See ALDX last fall. The bulk sample currently in process should be completed this year, with results early in 25. This will prove out the ore sorter and grades. No drilling is planned to increase the reserves so the new feasibility study will be based on 2 mil oz. However, the banks internal price of gold for financing will rise from $1500 to $1800 or more per ounce. Add in expected lower interest rates and the project is more enticing. So we wait. They are negotiating to sell Mexico, but the new Mex pres seems more intent on developing mining and their attitude is we'll wait as there maybe more interest coming, they have had others review the project. Bio and mining take forever.... BC is in the midst of election so permitting has been delayed but the political situation may be resolved this weekend. Permit still expected.

$ODV In response to the @thekid30 that's not really true. I have spoken with the company and there is a lot more detail behind the scenes than what is shared. Financing was required- OGR had 39% block, that is considered a non started in M&A activities, now with the new financing their block is about 25%. Large funds wanted more shares, but ODV could not issue a prospectus since they do not have a year of cash on the books with the current debt level, no income, hard to service the debt. As mentioned in the release, the new funds will strengthen the balance sheet, by reducing the debt load. Sean is planning on developing this on his own. Therefore, full project funding must be in place. A revised or optimized feasibility study should be completed in Q1 next year. This will remove ph1/ph2 plan and go directly to ph2. Therefore, you will have a company mining 200k oz of gold in year 1, not year 4.

$ODV 2 million in volume is the largest this year by far. And most of that volume was buying 100s of thousands of shares in the first trading hour today. So yes, someone intentionally crushed the SP via another private placement on low volume and then loaded up here at bottom levels. That's why I bought a few thousand common shares to add for the position here since at the very least this one will be moving up from this current SP. I will short term trade this move for profit while I continue to hold my longer leap call positions.

$ODV I only had leap calls here so they aren't down much at all since designed for future movement. However, I just bought a few thousand shares at $1.96 since its set for a rebound after this selloff.

$ODV It's a positive if you are bullish gold...and I am. Obviously if someone doesn't see the march toward the return of the gold standard and they see business as usual ..they probably don't want to wait on a catalyst.

$ODV just watching this stock for a while. Osisko are so close to getting the permit and companies are giving them money for exchange of stocks. Am I the only one seeing the positive in this? There are millions of way to get an influx of cash and this must be one of the best! They can use it if and when they need to. We know there is gold, it’s vividly stated on the internet. Just asking and hope to get an educated answer…
