@locman I hold mainly $TBLA. It is currently my largest investment in my portfolio, and my most profitable ever. I never held $OB until 2 trading days ago (Friday), when I bought just a tiny bit of $OB at $3.50 for fun, and to have it tracked at my portfolio automatically. :) I'm as bullish as it gets on $TBLA.

$TBLA is going to buy $OB with the $300M mixed shelf.. look at the action today on $OB.. up 9% on 10x volume. Galai just stepped down as CEO to prepare for the acquisition (he and Singolda hate each other and will not work together). You also have the Apple news -- but I think something else is brewing. @DataDrivenTrader what say you? You own both, right?

$OB Outbrain price target lowered to $4.10 from $4.70 at Citi Citi lowered the firm's price target on Outbrain to $4.10 from $4.70 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company's Q4 results were in line to ahead of estimates but the fiscal 2024 outlook was mixed as management ramps investments to drive double-digit growth and 20% adjusted EBITDA margins in fiscal 2025, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm believes the philosophy behind Outbrain's growth pillars to expand the scope of its business beyond its core in-feed publisher inventory is the right one.

$OB Can someone please explain to me how its market cap is only at ~175M, when its cash flow is at 20-25M, and the cash and cash equivalents are around ~200M+? Excerpts from its latest earnings: "Generated net cash provided by operating activities of $25.5 million, compared to $17.1 million in the prior year period. Free cash flow was $21.0 million, as compared to $11.5 million in the prior year period. Cash, cash equivalents and investments in marketable securities were $231.0 million, comprised of cash and cash equivalents of $70.9 million and investments in marketable securities of $160.1 million, as of December 31, 2023."

$TBLA More thoughts: I mentioned Outbrain: because it's a competitor, and there were some (failed) M&A talks in the past. $OB is undervalued right now, with 200M valuation = their current cash = proof that the market doesn't fairly (let alone efficiently) value these companies right now. I mentioned Microsoft: I already explained in the past, but also as their hunger for AI increases, they may be able to identify $TBLA as a legit AI company (unlike the rest of the noisy pack) and realize that it's undervalued right now, so they might target it right NOW for M&A. Share buyback and share offerings are seemingly contradicting, but I prefer to interpret it as a signal that there's something HUGE in the works behind the scenes. Or at least that they are keeping the financial doors open for such an action. But what do I know? Love can change the world in a moment.
