$NPHC so nearly two weeks from the judge signing off on the final ruling, not a peep from nphc to shareholders regarding the status and path forward. Granted, they’ve probably got a lot going on as to how they’ll pay the penalties… and lawyers , but as so often the case with this operation, shareholders appear to be an afterthought. If RD is still the majority shareholder , that probably doesn’t bode well for us.. hopefully I’m wrong..

$NPHC a day earlier than expected.. basically says that the SEC received additional information on this day from nphc and is being reviewed to see if it is sufficient to recommend a settlement proposal to the commission. If not, then the sec is requesting a date of 7/2 for a further status update. If they are not able to agree at that time, then the sec will request a motion for remedies.. .. there certainly seems no urgency by nphc to get this resolved.. stalling.. imo

$NPHC This is not adeadline its just the next scheduled update. We have provided financial information to the SEC that they are reviewing and we are continuing to work with the SEC to finalize the terms of the settlement agreement. The next update to the court is due on June 19th.

$NPHC latest update states they’ve (sec)received some info from nphc that would facilitate a settlement that can be presented to the commission but that they need more and have requested a June 19 date for the next update…. No specifics whatsoever..

$NPHC The SEC is requesting thousands of pages in financial documentation in order to provide us with a 3-year payment schedule. Since we have not done any financial filings since the 3rd quarter of 2022; we just don't have the complete information that they are requesting. We have re-engaged our accountants, but it takes time to get all of the numbers together. We are working with the SEC and our attorneys to get them what they want as soon as we can.

$NPHC status report basically saying that the sec has received no further info from NPHC to facilitate a settlement. Requests that if nothing received by 5/29, to propose a briefing schedule to make a motion as to remedies.. .. so, we wait sone more.

$NPHC final judgement for RD… now we wait for a proposed settlement for nphc.. then maybe we’ll see some activity ..

$NPHC we have a surprise! Proposed final judgement.. basically states RD can not conduct any fraudulent activities, penny stock ban and officer / director ban for 3 yrs and disgorgement/interest/fines totaling approximately $ 79k. They have not addressed nphc’s penalties yet..

$NPHC if anyone is interested, you can take a look at the newly filed annual for STSN .. you can see how NPHC , pure raw supplies llc and avini have a stake in it.. .. also that RD is no longer named as the principal for pure raw supplies llc. Just wondering if he is being forced to divest himself of any shares in penny stocks.. and if so, as the majority shareholder in nphc, how that might affect us.. what a tangled web we weave..

$NPHC status update on remaining issues … RD and McManus have given signed consent for the remaining issues to be settled and they expect information from nphc that will lead to resolving their remaining issues. .. they give no information in this update as to what the remaining issues were or how they are being resolved… next update scheduled for 5/15 pet sec..
