$NOUV As of May 1st, this is no longer in affect...Who knows, maybe this is what they've been waiting for... Acquis Replying to @opportunityzon Sticking point: @Alpharidge_Cap wants to ensure that EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS ARE PROTECTED in all merger transactions. Thus, it intends to include a Restrictive Clause, forbidding Reverse-Splits for two years minimum after closing the deal, in all of its merger agreements.

$NOUV I found this posted in 10/23 on another message board... Part 1: DD update: I think I found a BIG clue in the $NOUV & $OCLG mystery. Both shells were bought from Frank back in May 2022 by a South Korean named Young Ju Kim. I think one PR was released for the latter and the former didn't even get one, and since then it's been crickets. $NOUV is still pink current but $OCLG is now behind on their filings. Basically there hasn't been any sign of life in quite some time, but today I stumbled on what I think is a major update. Mr Young Ju Kim very recently registered a new corporation with the state of California. I googled the name of it and found their website, and though it's all in Korean, I at least noticed that at the bottom in the footer it mentions it's subsidiaries include $NOUV and $OCLG. https://sgmgipa.com https://sgmgipa.com/tdtax_location

You have no idea how hard I think these can move if there's anything going on with the respective companies. This DD imo points towards something absolutely is brewing here, and that's a huge revelation. I think the market needs to reprice both tickers to begin to account for an actual merger having gone through, and the mystery details should come to light before too long.
