$NOTE Looking for more competent leadership from Tim Hwang? Maybe evaluate his honesty first. Hwang was recently interviewed on a YouTube channel called "Coffee With Closers." When asked by the interviewer about maintaining a relationship with early investors like Mark Cuban, Hwang sheepishly replied, "Yeah, of course, they're great supporters of the business." That's interesting. Because I have a recent email from Mark Cuban referencing FiscalNote which says, "I don’t keep in close touch with them. So I have no idea what their future is." I don't find it hard to believe that Hwang is egotistical, but dishonest? That's truly unfortunate for investors like me.

$NOTE they sold 2 non core assets of approximately 12m revenue for 110 million. The company current run rate is 120 million and the cap is about 100 million with net debt 119m. Who is puking here and why. Makes little sense. Where is Tim Hwang and the board buying shares in the open market? Do they have a window or black out due to ongoing strategic review. Tim is a 32 year old founder/kid. He needs to manage Wall Street and lead now as fear grips the name.

$NOTE Well, on the bright side, I only own warrants and this dump will help increase the volatility math for the next 90 days if they sell the whole thing. Even better if it fades to like -20% and then has a bounceback tomorrow of 10% or so.
