@TheContessa if it is possible to manage and maintain the cost of production efficiently then management isnt doing a great job. Im here because I still see an opportunity and potential but something still doesnt seem right. As far as acquisition possibility again I think it wouldve happened sooner than later. I been in this consumer f&b segment long enough to learn at what point that takes place. For instance when jamba was acquired, pf chang, odwalla etc. Ones that i had a stake in prior but often goes lower before it happens. That usually is a last resort that we all shouldnt be investing in hoping if it even happens. $ndls is in the same situation which is why i also stopped myself out awhile back and sit around to see if things improve. My original question is whether the stevia being used is such a hard to manage commodity for main ingredient in a beverage because of costs. If they need to price higher to manage margins then ultimately the product prices itself out of the potential market opportunity. I happened to see a netflix documentary explaining why the food industry is so reliant on high fructose corn syrup because of the low costs that coke chooses to use it in all their US products when originally it could had been sugar cane like that in coke mexico. I owned a small food chain years ago and we opted for coke mexico bottles just to make our customers happy to match the food palette of our offerings.
