$MVLA we should get some kind of update at the end of the day regarding a 10-Q. If they post a NT-10Q then hopefully they will have some sort of timeline other than “the Company does not anticipate filing the Q3 form 10-Q within the 15 calendar day extension”. I believe they are required to obtain another waiver, since they didn’t make the August 15th deadline. Maybe we get some information today regarding that, as well. Regardless, right or wrong, I still believe this one will pay off at some point.. Absolutely baffling to me that this audit has taken them this long. Hopefully the silence means they are working hard behind the scenes. 🤷‍♂️

$MVLA just saw the Tesla event recap where the Optimus robot was unveiled and all the updates and I remember movella stating Tesla had a partnership with movella in which Tesla was utilizing their mocap suit and I just hope that shows in the financials for this company because credit should be given here.

$MVLA talked to the company a couple days ago. They will have to get another waiver. As far as a timeline, they referenced any old 8-K or waivers as the best indication of a timeline, even though the dates haven’t held so far. I’m assuming at this point, they will try to get all financials done by November 15th deadline and obtain another waiver. Insanity that these financials are taking this long, but they insured me they are working to get it completed.

$MVLA I've never heard of a crook who is the CFO or other high position in a company buy their own stock at almost 2 dollars, let it plummet to a nickel, through all of this not sell a single share. To all of those who think this company is in the motion capture suit business, then we cannot have a fair and balanced conversation. It would be like a PHD in mathematics talking to an algebra 101 student about proofs and theorems. I just want to congratulate all of those who are still holding a decent handful of shares of $MVLA and who have properly done their research. $MVLA at this point Movella must have a massive accounting scandal and that’s why nobody will certify their financials. Looks like top management might be looking at jail time if that’s what was perpetrated on investors and Francisco Partners. Either way investors will get nothing and maybe if Francisco can make some money on the deal they won’t press charges. These guys are just a bunch of criminals stealing your money

$MVLA They posted their Q2 report in mid-August last year. This is the Maginot Line they're working on. If they don't comply with this deadline, it would be intentional breach of trust, and we need a lawyer. It doesn't make sense that accounting items are missing and there's no performance for nearly a year. CFO shouldn't be paid, he should look at how the company manages its funds.

$MVLA this will be hard pull to swallow. This company was doomed once the writers strike was announced. Essentially all control of the company is in the hands of Francisco Partners. FP wants their $75M back and will do whatever is needed to maximize that return. My gut tells me existing shareholders will be wiped out. FP might do a new restructuring deal and they will be made whole while shareholders get nothing. Or they file bk and sell the assets off. This is a terribly run company that gave the lenders all the leverage. Very sad. New CEO is in place to put these items in action. Maybe shareholders could go after Ben Lee. That might be your only chance of recovering a few Pennie’s here

$MVLA The longer the accounting period, the more expensive the accounting costs, but why aren't the financial statements for the third and fourth quarters of last year coming out even after three months. Companies larger than Mvla also have more accounting audit items, but they come out faster than this.
