About Milestone Scientific, Inc.

Milestone Scientific Inc., a biomedical technology research and development company, patents, designs, develops, and commercializes diagnostic and therapeutic injection technologies, and devices for medical, dental, and cosmetic use in the United States, China, and internationally. The company operates through Dental and Medical segments. Its products include CompuDent and STA Single Tooth Anesthesia System that are used for all dental procedures that require local anesthetic. In addition, the company offers CompuFlo, a computer-controlled drug delivery system for the painless delivery of drugs, anesthetics, and other medicaments, as well as for the aspiration of bodily fluids or previously injected substances, and disposable injection handpiece for the tactile control during the injection. Further, it provides CompuFlo Epidural, a computer-controlled anesthesia system for use in various medical applications. Additionally, the company offers company offers CompuMed for use in various medical procedures performed in plastic, hair restoration, and colorectal surgery, as well as podiatry, dermatology, orthopedics, and various other disciplines. Milestone Scientific Inc. was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Roseland, New Jersey.

$MLSS Arjan announced his retirement and then put a PR commercial on CNBC this week. things that make you go ohh boiiii The one thing I think he would want to do is prove all wrong in a big exclamation way. To push forward with commercials I would suspect a steady stream of news will come in 30-45 days latest. these PR things usually have interviews on Bloomberg and such along with Algo buying kicks in. $MLSS more clinics are coming on. once you land 25-30 new clinics word of mouth will spread. Q425 will be a very good qtr. DoD VA is a real deal opportunity, just like medicare, no one can predict the timing of the win or the win. We win this it'll be great for business by 250-300k per qtr one qtr after the announcement and growing. I think we can see everyone was impatient with medicare approval. Brazil is a real upside potential too. We could have that before or after DoD. This deal if landed will be a 200-300k per qtr business in the first year and could grow exponentially if executed. DoD and Brazil will give concrete evidence the Compuflo is a workable device and a game changing opportunity for pain management I would hope a white paper comes out about how insurance companies should adopt this to lower premiums to docs.

$MLSS is a total tax loss/ fed up seller(s) - The device has to land into 10-20 new clinics with 500-2000 epidurals per year. we got 2 of them done. A couple of handful in the hopper is my guess and If that occurs referrals will come. Buyers will follow that signal. I truly believe Arjan is working hard to close to a few clinics into year end into January to show adoption. I also believe DOD VA and Brazil are going to close prior to his full departure. we get 3/3, 2/3 or 1/3 we got a new outlook for 2025. Staying positive and forward minded. Buying the dips when possible for those 10 accounts to come and prove its here to stay. do your own DD

$MLSS Green it is !! I'm watchfully waiting. Very disappointed in this company. Maybe Ch. 3 will be better. Guess it cannot be much worse. Not much left to take. I'm afraid we are in for a long haul, as most people have lots of market gains, and are happy to dump losers for tax reasons. So far, just a collection of patents, and approvals to sell worldwide. When they can say profit or earnings, we will be somewhere.

$MLSS Well more puking from me - I thought the call was excellent !! About 40 leads or so from Axial, along with a successful event this past weekend for NY / NJ, resulting in additional demos and trials set up. Demos ongoing 6 days / week. No price pushbacks. 4 more Medicare applications in advanced stages. Brazil discussion but no idea about when sales will occur. Nothing regarding other international or VA. New CEO search will take a while.
