$MDXG Company could have and still can securitize AmnioFix as a Bio Pharma/Regenerative pure play and spin it off to shareholders as a separate entity a Regenerative Med Co. They could get investment banking financing through a secondary and let the drug proceed onto trails PH II & III. The injectable works. It’s proven. Just need the expensive trials to prove it and get IND/ BLA. I’m sure if they tried they could do this still & attract bio spec capital to the spinoff venture. Potential future value is Big. How big? $$$

$MDXG Am I reading the proposed LCD info wrong? This is joint effort of all MACs banding together to basically eliminate all skin subs w/out strong clinical evidence. Epifix and Epicord made the cut (Epieffect did not, due to no published data). Most of ORGOs portfolio did not - including Puraply. This is why their stock tanked 23% today. There's only handful of eligible products left. WAY less than what the 3 MACs proposed last summer. They limited # of applications to 4 again, but this time and unlike last summers proposal they are allowing exceptions for patients who need higher number of grafts. Need more time to digest this... but I don't know how this cannot be viewed as a win?

$MDXG Well I was wrong...MDXG did trade below $6..but only for 1 hr before Joe Capper and a couple of BoD members bought 250k shares...I do think that we will see $8 next week. Thanks for listening to advice Joe !
