$LTRPA Reloaded long $.46 after selling $1.50 - $1.78 in March. Traded this many times last few years and this seems like a very ripe entry point after “parent” TRIP imploded last week and brought this down with it. Thing is, TRIP came down ~30% and LTRPA came down >70%!! ‘Nuff said.

@zacvet2009 Fair value with TRIP at $25 is around $2.50 for $LTRPA so it could get to $3 if TRIP moved higher to $30. But I think full value will be realized only if a deal happens.

$LTRPB could potentially gravitate towards $LTRPA Price especially if a deal is announced. Once any buyout deal is announced LTRPB voting premium will have no value and at that point it should trade inline with LTRPA.

TripAdvisor, which is part of the Liberty Media conglomerate of companies, has been working with advisers after receiving takeover interest, the sources said. Shares of Tripadvisor are up about 3% to $27.31 following Bloomberg's report.
