@zacvet2009 Fair value with TRIP at $25 is around $2.50 for $LTRPA so it could get to $3 if TRIP moved higher to $30. But I think full value will be realized only if a deal happens.

$LTRPB could potentially gravitate towards $LTRPA Price especially if a deal is announced. Once any buyout deal is announced LTRPB voting premium will have no value and at that point it should trade inline with LTRPA.

@rohan25 Does $LTRPA have any assets on their balance sheet other than the $TRIP shares themselves that might justify adding anything to your share price estimate? Having the over 50% voting control seems to be a sort of intangible bonus too.
