$LHDXQ Anyone see Pfizer’s earnings last quarter? I wonder how much of that was revenue from the test we shareholders own? My guess is they will need those NOL’s to offset those profits so as to not get bent over on taxes. I guess we find out spring of next year. Stay strong LHDXQ family

$LHDXQ What a huge corruption in this country... then we talk a lot about corruption in other countries or regions, when the United States is the worst... money everywhere, without a doubt, the big ones destroying the small ones... the shareholders are worth shit now... but not before, we had to buy to fill the pockets of those at the top, how horrible, not even the judges protect us...

$LHDXQ Um, I have no understanding why my post was removed? WHY DID YOU DO THAT ST???? I am also concerned about verbiage in this last docket. I am not an attorney, but I do still think we have a window to make our claims. There is verbiage that the court has not set a date for equity claims, so again? Everything points to there being money for equity holders. The attorney came right out and said so. I will say with absolute heart, what I thought could be a decent company and people. And trying to do right by shareholders, is way off. I do believe if they can get away with burning us, they will. Nothing they have done thus far has shown integrity towards us. I do wish we all had the recourses to pull together and make some kind of objection to the court. I don't even know where to start?

$LHDXQ All this time waiting for the status hearing, and the attorney for the trustee spoke for a whole 60 seconds. He said they are waiting on the IRS. Next status hearing May 21st 2025

$LHDXQ Well my only other large holding NVAX makes up for this one. With the recent massive NVAX move, I can now say I'm finally done with this scam market for good. Never to return. Glad to see Pfizer not doing well.

$LHDXQ it's been almost a year since I left this board with high hopes only to get them crushed by big pharma. Scrolling down I still see some familiar faces all chatting here and fighting for some money back. I hope you are able to get something back. I didn't lose much at the end, made a nice chunk on the ride to 1.40 but I was very hopeful this was an obvious buyout. Good luck guys

He sent me a private mesage and accused me of posting negativity and even now I’m thinking he might be working for Pfizer and spying on us. Be cautious of his intentions! I previously shared the email and phone number of the trustee handling this matter, so please reach out to them directly and don't rely on Dirkish's potentially misleading information.

$LHDXQ When I asked uncle to keep it positive, I was told I am not taken seriously by some other members here. If that is the case, just let me know, I will remove our contact. Otherwise as stated below, it's not done yet, and as I posted a few times. It is likely they exercised the NOL's and we are in wait for taxes to be accepted. I doubt the trustee will give any information, but the proper questions have been posted, if someone wants to call, or email him

$LHDXQ I just noticed my shares were gone. I read some of the most recent posts. Sorry it ended this way for us. The system is failed. The United States is crippling middle class while encouraging large corporations to get even bigger. It’s become common place unfortunately.

$LHDXQ Quick Update guys: I contacted TD Ameritrade earlier today when I discovered the ticker vanished from my account and they provided me with the contact information for the trustee handling Lucira/Pfizer's bankruptcy. I reached out to Brian Ryniker, his email is [email protected], Phone number is 646-341-3926, Company name is RK Consultants and he informed me that the situation looks grim for shareholders like us. According to him, there may not be enough funds to settle creditor claims, let alone provide any returns for shareholders. He stated that we are at the bottom of the settlement ladder. I wanted to share this information with all of you and provide Brian's contact details in case you'd like to reach out to him directly. I’m already sick and tired of this BS with this whole bankruptcy madness.

$LHDXQ Shares canceled. Probably this group will be closed too? it is very strange that it ended like this, after all, the value of the assets was much higher than the debts. it's really a pity that it happened like that. good luck to all in Your other investments.
