$LEAS RWOD Stock SPAC Merger Details Redwoods Acquisition and Anew Medical first entered into this merger agreement in May 2023 with plans for ANEW stock to start trading in March 2024. While there has been a slight delay to that, this latest shareholder vote paves the way for Anew Medical to take over the combined company once the merger is complete. When the two companies combine, they will focus on Anew Medical’s goals. The company is focused on the “development of disease-modifying therapies for age-related cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders and cancer.” This will have it further develop its Klotho gene therapy research programs. Anew Medical also notes that it doesn’t believe there’s much competition in this space due to its strong intellectual property position. Leading Anew Medical as CEO is Dr. Joseph Sinkule with 40 years of experience in the drug development, research and commercialization markets.

$LEAS Ight don’t pay attention to these doomsday posters. No they can’t do a flip-flop twirl spin off of leas and anew. Absolutely no filings have ever stated that anew will spin off of LEAS and leave LEAS a shell company. the filings clearly state that $RWOD will acquire all shares of, anew medical inc a.k.a. LEAS. Then RWOD will name change to “anew medical” with a new ticker (WENA). The merger was approved before expert market and besides that, LEAS will be disappearing it is being combined into RWOD. That’s why they never bothered to do the filings because the company will literally not exist once this is finalized. The new combined company will have a fresh start of filings. we will still be able to see RWOD‘s previous filings but LEAS filings on the OTC will be gone. Our shares of LEAS will be converted because they literally legally have to, there is absolutely no other way to combine LEAS into RWOD with how the filings lay things out, without combining the companies shares.

$LEAS like I said before its trivial for anyone to spew negative remarks why would anyone kick shareholders at .ooo1 but the fact doesn't change merger was approved and there's something being worked out behind closed doors .. the only reason anyone would talk negatively because they themselves got locked 🔒 out and see there's a possibility that leas going straight to Wena .. so yes good to take profits but it's better going 21x after conversion

$LEAS Been watching this for a while to gain more knowledge in the OTC world.This merger had red flags from the start.Despite all the positive info that was thrown around.At the end of the day it was ALL speculations based on opinions made.NO actual filings from BOTH SIDES to support the wanted end result.Jmo 🤨

$LEAS Even if the conversion rate is true you guys will be bag holders and I’ll tell you why! Once your LEAS stock is converted to RWOD your shares will be basically unsellable. RWOD does not have enough STOCK VOLUME toMaintain its price once y’all get shares. So essentially when you finally get your RWOD shares there will be a massive sell off and no bid to support the sells that will come in. The value of your new RWOD stock will tank and you’ll actually lose money. I’m not trying to start a fight with anyone on here but there will be no one the buy your RWOD shares for you to profit. LOOK AT THE HISTORICAL VOLUME FOR RWOD.RWOD’s volume is horrifically low. It just went up to $13 the other day now it’s at $6. You guys are basically gonna dilute the RWOD stock and you paid 175 for each LEAS and get 1 RWOD. If anyone already in RWOD is smart they’d sell NOW. This is actually sad they pulled this scam 💀both shareholders lose

$LEAS - This should have been the first red flag...that they hit EM during a "merger".... Let me put a theory out there for you - Those with the shares, are working a spin off from LEAS then those shares will be the ones moved - leaving LEAS fleeced with no value and no conversion.... This has been done with a few OTC.

$LEAS - I have been through a few mergers, and I have NEVER seen a stock go to .0001 as an anticipation of it moving, and sure as hell never seen any action taken without the new stock setup in Fidelity before any action happens.....so I believe we got the rug pull, and that sort of sucks!
