This company was built on the backs of innocent investors like myself and many others who had their investments in the sister company, $LEAS, fraudulently wiped out by a rogue Doctor, Joseph Sinkule, and his accomplices. They stole 99% of our hard-earned resources, leaving us with almost nothing. But they underestimated us - we won't just cry and walk away. $LEAS Question: Why don’t you all expand your lawsuit to include the pumpers on this board as defendants (such as @StockRoomBully) in the lawsuit? They surely must have been selling shares of LEAS to you the whole time they were pumping it. My guess is that there is a way to track them down using their IP addresses that you can get from Stocktwits if you include them as a defendant in the lawsuit. Honestly I’m just guessing and have no idea if that is possible but it might be worth a try. At least you might be able to find closure as to whether the scammers were working for the company or working from overseas, or what-have-you. In full disclosure I would join the lawsuit but I had a bad feeling and dumped my shares well before the reverse merger took place, so I have no case for a claim. I wish you all well though. I hate scams and scammers.

$KLTO Warning to serious investors. This stock was listed on NASDAQ recently as a result of the $RWOD spac buying $LEAS. The merger announcement was made last May 2023 and the filings were unclear and were worded in a way that seemed like the merger would be favorable to $LEAS shareholders. When the true merger conversion was released, it was immediately before execution and it left $LEAS shareholders with 97% loss, which is irrecoverable. In addition to Omission, Misrepresentation, and Breach of Fiduciary Duties trading violations, the CEO of Anew, Dr. Joseph Sinkule, was communicating to investors privately Material Non Public Information (MNPI) not in any filing - not available to the public. We have evidence through email and LinkedIn communications and have initiated a class action lawsuit with 88 investors already joined for over 2m of claims so far that is applicable for investors of LEAS who were holding between April 17th and June 21, 2024: 11thestate.com/cases/1269
