$LCLP Hey, does everyone remember when accounting got hard and they dismantled the entire thing and ran off with everyone's money and nobody did anything about it? They couldn't do the math on how much money they stole, so they just didn't file the required reports and ignored the SEC. That's how easy it is to be thieving pieces of human garbage in this age of corruption. And Praveen and Jonathan Lienwand move immediately onto the other apparent scam at Leap Charger!! They immediately started a text message scam to pump that turd. IMO. Wow, LCCN. What happened? They are probably all on an island laughing and living it up. Sooner or later trash people crap on eachother. Bunch of rats waiting for the other to die so they can eat the body. That's the nature of people that play games like these, you all cannot even trust your close friends because they are rats too. Have fun with that, I'd rather be poor than rich deal with trash like that.

@TradingThew @sec Thank you for that. I am actively making reports, and seeking legal counsel. I've been following you on multiple threads as well. I am also working out a plan of action to investigate whether or not any of the executives made money off Belfrics after the separation. It is wildly unprecedented that $LCLP would forfeit $15,000,000.00 to Belfrics (who's successfully running by the way) because it would be too difficult to get their paperwork together to stay current. Unprecedented. There is a scam. This is illegal. The job now is to prove it. I will work to track the money, and in the meantime seek legal counsel to assist in the process of proving they stole investor money through a shell company, with the intention to fund Belfrics, with the intention of never repaying investors their money through corrupt and malicious means. Once I do that, not only am I seeking civil action, but criminal actions as well against both $LCLP and Belfrics. This is criminal!!!

$LCLP All I can think to do is try to publicly embarrass the SEC, the FBI, and others. These despicable people are organized. They are organized and its obvious. Waiting. Reported to FBI and SEC and nothing. Reported to FDA as well for what I believe was fraudulent claims made by these firms and nothing. If someone could file a FOIA request with the FDA, takes up to 18 months, we can have proof they never filed and are crap humans. Likely, they used the Canadian subsidiaries to move the loot. I don't know. I think the entire system is corrupt, and these criminals know it. The public officials in the enforcement side will look like real trash just in time for the US elections, and whoever appointed them will also look like shit. I don't know. I really dont know. If any enforcement agency is going to do something, it better be soon. Contact the Commissioners of the SEC, tell them to please look into these people. There are some podcasters that would be interested in this chain of lies.

$LCLP burn this house down. Who's in for a class action. Reply here. I need numbers not just hearts to start moving this forward. I have $90,000 loss. We will need a lead planting for the case. Anyone loose more than me? This is serious. They played a scam. And I'd like to get with a firm and start an investigation into the ceo and his past and current relationship to belfricks. Did he benifit? I think there is more here, and I think they have scammed us. Who's in? I will need help getting this moving, even if it's just pointers. I want to make them pay, because it is 100% wrong that they succeded on our money, and dumped us so they didn't have to pay us back. It's time to fight.

$LCLP NOW WHAT??? The CEO, Belficks, and the SEC created a scenario where they used our money to build their empire, then washed us away like old dirt. However, they are still doing great with successful companies. Where are our share of the pot. I never knew that one could invest into a company, the company would be successful, and then the shareholders would be dumped and the companies would make more because they don't have to Pay their investors. Where is our money, and how are they allowed to get away with this? There is so much more I want to say but deleted fir safety reasons. I'm really asking, not just complaining WHATS NEXT??????

$ATIG wait for real news: company sold, partnership established to roll out gaming app, sold ask a pro or ultimate fantacy league app, contract signed on something. And even then, take with a grain of salt. $LCLP had a contract with belfricks. Then once we paid to get it up and going, belfricks voided our contract because the CEO of $LCLP violated the agreement, and I lost $90,000 virtually overnight, and belfricks is now an amazingly successful co.pany on the backs of now broke investors. Scammmms!!! Don't fall for it or you'll be like me, and loose $780,000 in less than 5 months. I'm still alive. That's an accomplishment. I love yall. Keep your souls safe.

@pumperssuck1 @Tacoma1 what socks is companies like life clips $LCLP the company they partnered with is doing amazing, but they found a legal loophole to take all the investors money and run, and now the investors are broke, and they are rich and have a successful company. In my books, that is called theft. Screw the sec for supporting and upholding the illicit nature of these scam companies. It's not ok. O invested $90,000 into lifeclips. Then belfriks said the ceo violated thw contract, and voided the contract leaving my shares worth $0. I bet the lifeclips ceo made out like a bandit. I'm broke. Anyone want to know about the benifits of solar? I need to make money again and I'm an old man now, who lost everything to crooks.

$LCLP Here's an idea. Contact the SEC's commissioners and ask them why Life Clips, Inc. can pulloff a major P&D and ignore the SEC procedures? And tell them investors are not happy with the SEC's automated handling of this. The SEC and management has left us all in the dark. Chair Gary Gensler 202-551-2100 [email protected] Commissioner Hester M. Peirce 202-551-5080 [email protected] Commissioner Caroline A. Crenshaw 202-551-5070 [email protected] Commissioner Mark T. $LCLP Why was Dr. Manideep Gopishetty, co-founder of Cogapps, also director of Belrium Canada, which seems to be affiliated with Belfrics expansion. How can Dr. Gopishetty license our IP from CogApps to a firm that he is also director? Why would he do that? We licensed our CogApps tech to Belrium Canada, how much was that licensing agreement worth? Was that licensing agreement just fluff? Did that money for licensing come from Belfrics, or from Belrium Canada, as an independent firm? Seems really shady, and Life Clips PRs seem to suddgest the relationship with Manideep was new, at the time of CogApps/Life clips acquisition, but Belrium Canada was already in the works, which suddgest Manideep already had relationships with Life Clips and Belfrics. Something is very stinky. I invite everyone to speculate about where the F$#@! our money is. These pricks better start talking and throwing eachother under the bus, because heat is coming. Maybe you'll land a differed prosecution agreement.

$LCLP I was excited at my previous win, turning $2,000 into $35,000 in under 18 months of trading, and then I had to find this ticker, and fall for their bullcrap lies and fabricated business plan. I don't know if it was unlucky for me or unlucky for them. I can't believe I was bullish for this scam. I feel obligated to be a living nightmare for these jerks, for what they have done and continue to do with other shells on the OTC.

$LCLP Okay? If they filed that long ago, and we haven't heard any updates... that means: 1) we were immediately denied, 2) we were put on hold, or 3) which I think is most likely, they never filed, because they are criminal liars. My opinion. Since Cognitive Apps is all that shareholders own now, it is kind of important to know. We will find out. We will findout who signed the letters of incorporation for Cogapps with Ontario business administration. And who received LCLP shares in the merger. Filth.

$LCLP By the way, Security and Exchange Commission, revoking a company's trading status doesn't act as a deterrent for financial misconduct when/if it is their criminal intent to get revoked. Now, they never have to report to investors, public or SEC the actual numbers. The system is a joke.

$LCLP I'm getting beyond impatient. Pretty sure these pricks used Cognitive Apps merger to give themselves free shares to dump, and Cog Apps as a business was entirely fictional, among other things. The 510K premarket filing with the FDA likely never was filed, probably because they didn't have an actual product to provide for testing. I know the FDA process, and either they never filed, or they were denied and never reported that to shareholders, or they are on hold. All are material events that were never reported. I think its much worse, and they have no product at all and never intended to file for FDA approval. Don't get me started on Belfrics. The Executives reported to share holders with misleading statements, like their statements about internal financial controls to ensure timely filing, that was I LIE. They hired an auditor with ZERO background in crypto!!!! And that was the reasoning for being ultimately revoked. These scumbags are in breach of their fiduciary responsibility
