$JOBY Did you look at the post two below mine. It was a JOBY post that tagged LILM. I responded. I own both. I’m allowed to post where I want. I think this is a free s peach site. Block me if you want.
I’m sorry you don’t care about others in the field. I watch the entire industry and each on their own. Do you. That’s your right.
Side note, one thing I noticed, you don’t seem very “merry”. You might want to consider changing your name. I value all opinions, apparently Ms. Merry does not. Good luck with that attitude. Biden voter? Just a guess.

$JOBY cover story on manufacturing? what are they manufacturing? serial prototypes? lol. they are so far away from anything and everything. it is amazing how they are still posting news resiliently. the company is essentially bankrupt in 2 years most. military sales won't make the revenue targets, so trim 90% of the sales since commercial won't likely be available/certified for operations until 3-4 years or so. they were hoping magically the battery tech would be here too, it is not here. so there is also that, but battery is the least of problems they have. cut manpower, shrink operations, make yourself operable for 3-4 years, or you'll go bankrupt without being able to secure any further funding. look at Lilium $LILM with no money left. their end date was September 2024 last I checked 2 months ago. they likely ran out of money, it is clear, they just didn't make it news yet. still trying to get funding. $EH got all certifications in China. guess how big China market is.

$JOBY I have no idea what you "tried" to post below "KeepRealityReal!" No one here cares about LILM - go post over there. Unlike you, I do know when a company is about to raise cash by watching the stock. A 15% dilution after offering $500,000,000.00 in new stock sends JOBY to $3.85 to $3.90. More importantly - no one will trust anyone at the company again for offering new stock at the lows. I just don't trust management any more and will not be back to establish a new position.

$JOBY $LILM You never know when a cash raise will happen. If LILM does it at these very low levels it would be awful for them. I realize they need cash in fairly short order, but doing it anywhere under $1.00 will almost certainly put them in a death spiral. I think it’s much more likely they will do some large pump before they do the raise. That just makes sense. If they don’t do that there definitely could be problematic. Both ACHR and JOBY made sure they did the pump portion early.
I personally like the LILM overall strategy plan and craft more, even though I own a good amount of shares of the other two. Never go ALL in on a pump, ever. I just don’t think LILM has had that pump yet. If LILM does an offering at these levels it will be hugely telling of their own evaluation of their value. As an insider, if I thought the company and craft had no chance I’d do a major dilution at these levels. If I thought we were well set for success I’d make sure there was a pump before. We will c…

$JOBY This is exactly how a stock acts when a company is getting ready to offer $500,000,000.00 in new shares. (A 15% dilution) The underwriter just sits there and shorts the stock getting ready for the offering. This is why insiders keep selling as fast as they can before the offering is priced at, my guess, $3.85 to $3.90. Very bad management! Stock could have been offered at $6.75 to $7.75 but no, insiders needed to sell more at higher prices. I have been out since my last sale at $10.0287 per share and I don't think I will be back given how little management cares about shareholders.

$JOBY Atleast one Short trying to argue that Joby isn't designed for military use ? If that is reason they keep shorting, I think very soon they find out how wrong they are. And I also think they are going to get approval & able to launch 2025, I just see defense requirement come up faster with current wars.

$JOBY it’s a good place to add in my opinion, it could go lower for sure but we’ve seen many times in the past couple years how positive news creates a mini squeeze back to the $7-10 range and there will be plenty more good news stories to come out this year. Certification is on track, many of the riskiest parts are behind such as battery and motor cert plans which others said would be a stumbling block given the in house design and build. Now it’s really just execution and they have proven to be good at that. Plenty of institutional support too.

$JOBY Given War escalation with Iran, I think evtol's defense application even more important for DoD. I am not sure where they stand on ordering large scale but I think it likely speed up signficantly. Capability they gain with eVTOL (specially Joby S4) quiet profile is to big to ignore for any defense establishment. DoD already very familar with Aircraft and already apply to various use cases. Let's see how DoD and other allies see eVTOL, I think this large immediate application will happen sooner than later, Sure that means Joby has to delay commercial launch as all resource diverted for defence application but market don't think commercial launch is imminent so 0 stock price impact there. Defense application help develop technology further & bring profit so longer term they still able to dominate commercial market. They will gain edge and not loss there.

$JOBY A wider war in the middle east could really screw us, and the whole market, over. On the other hand, with our foot already firmly in the DoD door, do you think the military might clear Joby for stealth raids, quiet medical evac, personnel transfer, etc, before FAA clears us for commercial operations?
