$ISUN Don’t need shorts driving this lower with the company dumping millions of shares on investors at any price to cover salaries

User Image silviogenovese Posted - 2 hours ago

$ISUN I’m glad I sold at $9.

$ISUN They have pointed out in their filings for the last 3 years that they are severely lacking in proper accounting and control procedures and are taking action to fix the situation, yet they still made note of the deficiency in this latest filing. So clearly they are not doing anything to ensure investors are receiving accurate financial information.

$ISUN They are good at keeping their loss per share down using the massive dilution technique, then add in their free bonus shares and it all adds up to mega dilution

$ISUN Good luck moving this dog higher with the company dumping millions of shares on investors, 1,750,000 shares were sold in the first quarter alone, apparently to pay insiders huge salaries and bonuses, so they dont give a frap what the share price is just keep on selling at any price

$ISUN 6.7 Million in revenue for the residential sector. 6.9 Million for the Commercial/Industrial sector, and only $1.5 million for the utility sector. My question is, what’s the difference between the commercial sector and utility sector? I was under the impression that Peck Electric performed installations on mainly utility projects, and not commercial projects like, say an array for Walmart or Amazon. Does anyone have any insight on this?

$ISUN may be bottom fishing here so much bad news has been baked in this stock this could start a move back over $3. Although disappointed at these prices it is somewhat ridiculous. Remember it works both ways when the price is over inflated.

User Image HoldingTakesGuts Posted - 6 hours ago

$ISUN Utility project pushed to 2023 caused the reduction in guidance. No change in residential and commercial sectors guidance. The are maintaining that they will be FCF positive and profitable in 2022. Their margins have and will continue to improve. I thought they articulated themselves clearly and projected confidence in the business. This is a growing industry that is facing some major short term headwinds from increasing interest rates and department of commerce investigation. I did anticipate challenges to generating their revenue guidance, but it seems to be just a timing issue. In the solar industry, I think this is one of the best positioned companies. The stock is super cheap even on revenue guidance of $125 mil. FCF positivity and profitability are the most important in my opinion. I believe Suncommon alone is worth at least 4 times the current market cap. We will probably see some short term pain, mainly from emotionally invested traders, but I will not sell.

$ISUN basically this company failed every earning, 10%+ drop after all earnings

User Image Sieppo Posted - 6 hours ago

$ISUN yeah call was just normal and I'm also buying the answer about the revised guidance just being because panel availability in the a utility project etc pushed to 2023. It's good to see they otherwise think stuff is going as planned.

User Image singular Posted - 6 hours ago

$ISUN I think the call is actually going pretty well. Analysts seem pleased with the responses.

$ISUN I won’t be burying anymore Money into this company until they can actually do what they say they’re going to do. I’ve only been invested 2-3 months and I’m beginning to see a picture of unreliable claims emerge. I down 50% after entering at a very cheap price, I feel very sorry for the people with much higher averages. I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed they actually hit the 125m guidance and maintain good margins and only then will I consider adding to my position.

$ISUN what time is Earnings call?

User Image capitalgainer Posted - 7 hours ago

$ISUN the price has been decimated so bad this may actually be priced in. These guys better be clear on why they cut revenue guidance by $40m for 2022. Also someone should ask how are they going to grow revenue 3x from 2021 with 90% less cash than last year?

User Image LookaLike Posted - 7 hours ago

$ISUN what's the point of promising 165 million revenues and a few weeks later reduce that to 125 million? Only scam artists behave like this.

$ISUN I won't have time to listen to the ER today. Can someone send me a recap?

$ISUN: The Revenue is expected to grow by 43.50% on average over the next 5 years. $ISUN no worries guys. GOOD ER or BAD ER. it still drop. now we be holding bags years

User Image HoldingTakesGuts Posted - 17 hours ago

$ISUN Let’s see what they say in the call. They would have to do a lot of selling and show a lot of optimism for the future to save this ER.

$ISUN market didn’t believe $165m revenue. Balance sheet can’t support that much growth without infusion of cash and human capital. I still think $125m is a stretch. I think $80m-90m is more like it. They really screwed investors over but gross profit improved dramatically.

User Image Mrmarvinmartian Posted - 19 hours ago

$ISUN this after hours drop was on less than 5000 shares so no worries. On the face of it, that guidance is fantastic for the market cap we are at. The red flag is they suckered investors in with the repeated 165 mil guidance so a lowering by 25% doesnt look good . It's a scenario I see time and again: using PR to raise SP and then dilute followed by failing to deliver. I'm definitely holding as even at lowered guidance this should be a ten bagger...

User Image Nosenseatall Posted - 20 hours ago

$ISUN The company has been quietly diluting their shareholders daily by dumping an average of 27,000-30,000 shares per day on its investors. And awarding themselves bonuses for doing it!
