$INVO As usual, we agree to disagree. You don’t and have never owned INVO yet here you are.

$INVO You are delusional if you think that Immune Pharmaceuticals shares have value. Fact According to the United States Bankruptcy Code Chapter 7 and the United States Internal Revenue Service Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc. shares have no value. ( Write off)
Cytovia Inc. filed for bankruptcy and is being liquidated Ceplene has already been sold.
You are starting to appear to be not only delusional but a narcissist.

$INVO Mike, who owns Immune Pharma SAS? Why is Cytovia using Immune Pharma’s research? Why did Cytovia create Naya to spin off some of that research and then acquire Invo? Thoughts Mike? Does a parrot even have thoughts? 🤔

$INVO Yes Mike. I think Immune Pharmaceuticals has value. Cytovia has value and Invo’s fertility tech have value. All companies have Mr. Teper to thank for their situation and ultimate consolidation.

$INVO Bruceleeboy You are delusional.
I have been negative since the merger announcement and the failure of Naya Biosciences to make payments as per the merger agreement. As stated in my posting I believe that this was a pump-and-dump scenario Like Cytovia was going to spin off from Immune Pharmaceuticals' nice pump and then dump.
In case you forgot I sold all my shares except for 1000 shares while you kept pumping the stock & you still believe that Immune Pharmaceuticals will have value hilarious.
Spinoff never happened My track record speaks for itself

$INVO Bruceleeboy You still think Immune Pharmaceuticals shares have value contrary to undisputed evidence that no company that has been liquidated under Chapter 7 shares ever traded again.

$INVO Wake up Mike. LK called INVO delisting roughly 4 months ago. You conveniently left that factoid out. Mikes haunting this board also because he’s a tool. I think of him as my red headed step child. He’s harmless aside from being aggressively insipid and refusing to acknowledge the truth and details of these deals. We’re close.

$INVO Intentionally revoked Mike. Same as Teper once again has decided to take no action with Invo. They wanted it delisted then. They want this delisted now.

$INVO Bruceleeboy You left out Immune Pharmaceuticals shares revoked by the Securities Exchange Commission.

$INVO
Bruceleeboy statement is false Isleworth Healthcare Dissolved. Immune Pharmaceuticals filed for Chapter 11 and Dr. Teper and or company were going to purchase Ceplene for millions but failed to purchase said asset the court converted to Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Ceplene was later sold for under 200 thousand dollars Shareholders value now .000000
If the merger fails and INVO can't raise additional capital they might seek bankruptcy protection and the winner again will be Dr.Teper and the Shareholders could be wiped out. Here are the risk factors for Invo :

$INVO Hold your shares. They’ll be better off with future transactions - SPAC’s, mergers, reverse mergers. INVO is a piece in a much larger acquisition strategy. Do your DD into Cytovia, Naya’s parent. Do your DD into Daniel Teper and his previous exploits with Immune Pharmaceuticals. Isn’t the first time he’s had a delisting on his watch or even his second. This was intentional same as Isleworth Healthcare Acquisition. They merged and delisted. Immune had a acquisition and subsequently delisted. Invo is simply the next stop on the train. It’s the CE Hoe’s signature move like a video game. His finisher is delisting 🫠His finger print if you will. Voluntarily vs. forced vs. no action taken.
INVO is already a part of Naya. It’s their fertility arm. Deals technically done. But remember, all of this sort of business isn’t over.
