$IFN omg, you buy down here and just hold and forget for a long time, if you are a younger investor. Put this in your IRA and don't look, just DRIP and keep buying.

User Image brucer Posted - 1 week ago

@stochem $IFN Shares most likely down because if you buy shares after yesterday, those shares come without the right to buy 1/3 as many shares at a discount under the rights offering.

User Image brucer Posted - 1 week ago

$IFN Tomorrow is the record date for the rights offering. see the fund web page. https://www.abrdnifn.com/docs?editionId=d9f56b7f-d035-462a-a3fa-b14901381d03

$IFN is on our TOP BUY list. When you spell BRICS what that means is India owning part of that world. Make no mistake they have the people resources and the engineering to make this thing GROW and GROW. It is the Hopi (indian) way!

$IFN $INDA $VWO I still see India growing more than any emerging market for decades to come. I choose AEF for emerging market exposure and I like Brazil, South Korea, Vietnam and Mexico. https://amp.cnn.com/cnn/2024/02/26/business/modi-india-economy-growth-optimism-hnk-intl/index.html

$XOM $SPY $GOLD $MCHI $IFN Russia has no problem selling their crude and gas. India and China will be more than happy to stand in line for decades to come. The growth that we will see in India the next 20+ years will be Chinese like. The Chinese process basically every mineral in the world and own mines world wide. Throw in the Saudi’s and you really start to see that BRICS will ultimately overthrow the USD in the future. It might take some time, the the ole USD is going to 70 At least a 30% decline. You think inflation is bad now and your dollar doesn’t buy as much. Just wait until it falls to 70 That will be another 30% less value in your pocket. Physical assets are a must own. It was only 5-6 years ago you could by four and five 12 packs of Coke products for $10.00-12.00 Now you can get one 12 pack for $7.00-9.00 That’s USD erosion.
