There was another filing on 22 April 2024 but can’t seem to open it yet. I don’t think it’s $ICE vote. Anyway official word will get out soon I suppose. GLTAH 💰😃

@Cloverleaf2021 $BKKT agree, I did not think of the ECN potential this way (major bullish catalyst if approved by regulatory authorities like SEC and / or CTFC) and potentially explains why $ICE and other tutes like $BLK are accumulating or holding their positions in $BKKT Van Eck possibly thinking the same thing with their holdings being increased as well. Time will tell but agree it’s a long term hold too. We just have to put this R / S BS behind us, get guidance on when $BKKT will breakeven and consequently turn positive net income and $BKKT can be a considered a serious player in the $BTC.X and crypto space similar to $COIN Thanks for the original post regarding this point @Cloverleaf2021 let’s hope it plays positively for $BKKT in the near term. @teedubATL $BKKT 100% agree and voted yes to issuance and no to R / S. $BKKT board is just the mouthpiece, Jeffrey Sprecher and $ICE will determine the outcome of both voting items. As we discussed, Jeffrey Sprecher and $ICE have an amazing track record and experience in accretion of market capitalization. That’s one of the main reasons I invested long term in $BKKT let’s hope once this R / S BS is in the past, the market can get back to valuing the market capitalization and potential of $BKKT which is becoming more comparable to $COIN as time passes by. @iMaStocky1 $BKKT $BLK just recently reduced their position in $BKKT but still have in excess of 4.5 million shares. I noticed Van Eck though have increased their position in $BKKT if I have correctly understood recent SEC filings on $BKKT interesting times ahead. $BKKT is in the hands of Jeffrey Sprecher and $ICE regarding the R / S outcome, patience as time ticks is all we have. Positive though is we are on the cusp of the $BTC.X bull parabolic phase run of the cycle. Hopefully $BKKT catches a part of the move too. NFA and GLTAH 💰😃

$BKKT out of 300mm some stocks $ICE owns over 56% With recent news many retailers probably sold Few new hedges probably loaded Two sense I don’t think it matter if the price goes up or down as they will reverse split. 25 to 1 they own the majority So far they have been ahead of the game n delivered what they PR as per Apex rev forecast all the reports etc Relisting $XRP.X could help and short covering could boost otherwise mgmt is in Paris marketing

For e.g. $BLK Vanguard Van Eck etc. won’t they be pi$$ed at $ICE if they did such a move of squeezing all holders out and then delist $BKKT as privately owned by $ICE for a fraction of the price? Jeffrey and $ICE have a phenomenal track record and with their experience, we should come through this uncertainty better than ever, especially as we head into the parabola phase of the $BTC.X bull run post halving imo.
