$HIPO it market cap is $450M, they have unrestricted cash that same or bit higher already. Now if they not making progress toward profitabiltiy and/or cash burn not going down, I say it's trap. But here they reducing cash burn (They have first positive cash flow earning just now) and they growing revenue fast and losses down. They bringing technology to identify real risk and adjust premium, tradditional insurance companies very slow and Hippo slowly taking market share at reasonable cost. I say this is long term buy for sure. I am not sure how long such low price will last but I doubt it's long enough.

$ATER stock that are going to follow $ROOT have already begun, see $DAVE $ML $HIPO, PRCH and more, the bounce has already began for companies that deserve it. The stopped trying to price these companies but those with good business units underneath are now being rewarded and priced accordingly. Root is the strongest move because it it the best performer but you can see there are others.
