$GAXYD The $9M Racketeering Verdict against GAXY was also against Gary and Megan. They were also found guilty of conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit securities fraud. It was ratified by the Judge this week so the 10 day clock starts and then collections should begin. Once it catches the eye of the SEC and FBI no telling where this could go. Any speculation?
