$ZETA Great run by ZETA. Yesterday $FLNT, named in the same article, ran in tandem. Went up 22% on only 20k shares! If FLNT gets volume, it will run several dollars, since the float is so small. FLNT and ZETA are in the same business. FLNT has already overcome the FTC issues that ZETA is currently facing.

$FLNT was up over 22% today in a sympathy move to $ZETA. Both have identical adtech businesses, but FLNT has already moved past the FTC allegations and they are in the rear view mirror now, unlike ZETA. FLNT has shown outstanding growth in its commerce FTC-compliant adtech business, reported last week. They are guiding for 240-300M revenue in 2025. Right now the market cap is a measly 50M. Hold FLNT till $10 per share! Only 7M float. Good luck to everyone.

$FLNT is rallying in sympathy with $ZETA. FLNT was accused of the exact same consent farming a couple years ago and settle with the FTC and revamped their business, which now shows tremendous growth, 63M revenue this past Q. Hedge with FLNT! Only 7M share float.

$FLNT is trading in sympathy with $ZETA! But FLNT is up 10% today on a 7M float. FLNT was named in the same bogus hit piece but already remediated their business to comply with the FTC. Commerce revenue up substantially in their last reported Q. 63M quarterly revenue for FLNT! Buy both companies, they are both in the same exact adtech space and both will flourish. FLNT benefits from the very low float, could run up to $10 very soon.

@TheHomelander @jp007 I like that you try not to take things at face value and try to question the gist of it. The devil is in the details, isn't it. Some of the areas highlighted most by bears including Culper is the way $ZETA conducts private/personal data gathering practices. Fake job boards that you brought up falls into this category to my knowledge. $ZETA will face FTC scrutiny if they sell data for profit, and that's the line silly $FLNT crossed and consequently faced charges thereafter. $ZETA does not sell data to say the least, so FTC scrutiny is very unlikely going forward in my opinion. $GOOGL and $META have been against a number of different claims and accusations, and I referred them here with particular regard to handling and basing private/personal data to generate incremental traffic/profits. In that regard, I find $ZETA can be relevant, and that's what I meant by $ZETA's case can be viewed as that of $GOOGL and $META. Again, it's all conjecture.

$FLNT Great earnings! Pivoting away from their legacy business with their new commerce business, growing triple digits YoY !!! These guys have put their FTC issues behind them. I wonder if their insiders leaked info about $ZETA to Culpeper... Don Patrick was mentioning that their competitors are still doing illegal activities but they had stopped. FLNT PT is $10 -- only 5M float.

$FLNT already dealt with the FTC and corrected their actions. Their revenue should scale up and the float is very low, like 3 million shares. Heavily insider owned. They were referenced in the $ZETA short piece but they are on the up and up now. I would buy FLNT and ride it to $10+.

$FLNT That’s weird on the conference call they didn’t mention anything about raising more capital or diluting the company even more. Surprised they are able to say they have enough liquidity in the conference call and then make a filing to raise $50 million a couple weeks later.

$FLNT The accounts receivable at 55M!!! stands out as big red flag. Try to imagine the flag the Soviets but on top of the Reichstagsbuilding in Berlind 1945. If you remove that or lets say 70% of that, plus intangible assets on the balance sheet, you realize this company is in very dire straits.
