$FLL March 2024: Full House did $9.7 million in revenue at The Temporary in Waukegan which was up 33.8% compared to last year. As the player database grows, the revenues will follow. Chamonix should follow the same path.

$FLL @Casinowatch @OzBodkins going to take a stab at Q1 Chamonix/Bronco numbers. Just before Chamonix opened , Bronco had ~10% market share of cripple creek gaming rev. q1 gaming rev should be about $42.5M in CC, which is $3.7M higher than last year. We have some antidotes that competitors have not lost a ton of business since Chamonix opened, maybe down 5% YOY. I will give Chamonix credit for 75% of the market growth in CC. Bronco did $0.5M of food/hotel revenue in Q1 last year, Chamonix will add more of that, maybe $1.15M (not sure ?)Adding it all up: Bronco: $4.25M (10% of gaming rev) Market growth from Chamonix (75% of growth excluding Bronco): $2.5M 5% of market taken from competitors: $2.0M Total Gaming Rev: $8.75M Food/Hotel/Other: $0.5M + $1.15M (?) Total Revenue Q1: $10.4M Ebitda % i really don’t know what to think here, my gut says anywhere from 10-20% excluding pre opening costs. Total EBITDA Q1: $1.05M - $2.10M This could be very wrong, thoughts?

$FLL @Casinowatch @PokerMunkee I’m showing Golden Nugget CC offering hotel rooms for $49 weekday and $109 weekends, have they dropped their rates since Chamonix opened? Thought I remember rates being higher there in the past

$FLL Waukegan numbers are getting better. That is why the stock is up today. It looks like the steakhouse is finally open which will give higher end gamblers a reason to visit the property. Chamonix will mature much the same way. When these assets mature, that stock will be worth $20+ per share, when the Permanent Waukegan is built and matures its a $30+ stock. If online casino games gets legalized in Illinois, Colorado, Mississippi and Indiana, who knows maybe we see $40 some day.
