$FLL you got to love how these companies make themselves sound good. And they all do it. I’m talking about the sale or buying and EBITDA multiples. Ask David Ross and Michael Gaughan if they paid 11.5 EBITDA they will say of course not. The seller wants the EBITDA to be as high as possible during the sale obviously. They used adjusted EBITDA. Adjusting out any transaction costs or unusual items. So say for stockmans EBITDA is 1.5 million. The buyer pays 9.2 million. They have paid 6 times EBITDA. The seller has 700k in transaction costs so now actual EBITDA is 800k not 1.5 million. The seller says we sold a property that did 800k in EBITDA and got 11.5 times EBITDA.

$FLL October numbers up in Waukegan, up at Rising Star, Silver Silver up 2 to 3% in October. Ice Castles will bring thousands of people to Cripple Creek this winter and with the 300 room hotel room open fully should see a substantial improvement over last year when the hotel opened Dec 26th. They received 11.5x EBITDA for the sale of Stockman's. Basically their larger casinos will be worth roughly 12X EBITDA when they are ready to sell the company. Now with an economy looking at lower interest rates and lower gas prices, casinos do very well. It will take time but the stock is so undervalued it will be worth the wait.

$FLL Lewis is trying to keep our flexibility, but I will make one firm commitment. At $5 a share, there is zero chance we are issuing equity or equity-related entity for this financing. We don't need to do so. It would be ridiculously expensive at these prices. So you can take any idea of equity or equity-related issues of the financing because that will not happen. Last earnings call. Yes technically different. But still just reinforces you just can’t trust Dan Lee or anything he says.

$FLL below is a map showing the potential location for the New Haven, IN casino. An independent analyst believes the location is good for $200+ in GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue). At a 33% EBITDA margin, we are looking at well over $60M in yearly EBITDA on a $250M casino build out. This location alone could add $10 per share to the stock price for long term investors willing to wait it out.

$FLL cripple creek Sept revenue up 12.8% or just under 2 million. I said from the beginning that Chamonix could prove me wrong about attracting high end play by baccarat numbers. I said they just won’t compete with Black Hawk and anyone who understood the Colorado market knew that. MCRI immediately had outstanding baccarat play. In September BH baccarat drop was over 17 million CC 1,890. Not exactly a fair fight is it. High denom slot play CC 1 million BH 29 million. CC Table game revenue down significantly this Sept compared to last.
