$FLEX $ASXC "Your going to compare a fabricator that specializes in their OWN limited line up of machines" Yep...I'm going with the company that are experts in manufacturing thousands and thousands of surgical robotic systems versus a company (Flex) that's never manufactured one robotic surgical device. Do you really think that if Flex (or anybody else) could build da Vinci systems better/cheaper than Intuitive that ISRG wouldn't already be hooked up with them right now? Pretty simply logic eh?

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

$ASXC $FLEX Luna Design rights could be leased out like windows operating system, with different design or software features depending the actual client. Plus the Asensus team could stand ready for whatever design requirements came from the client. In this Health Care Field category.

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

$ASXC $FLEX In order to offer OEM SERVICES IN THE SURGICAL ROBOTICS ARENA TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS WITH MORE CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE SURGICAL ROBOTICS BLUEPRINTS AND DESIGN AND NEED AN OEM OR ACTUAL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES IN MASSE.

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

$ASXC Sadly you don't quite understand what I said or wrote. I said they aren't concerned with their quantity of sales, but their engineering skill set of surgical robotics and manufacturing. $FLEX knows perfectly well that one player has been in this arena for over 20 yrs and the field is well over due for some variety. And under THEIR MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP, THE VERY SKILLED AND INNOVATIVE TEAM OD ENGINEERS AT ASENSUS WOULD BE BETTER SERVED AND LEAD BY $FLEX , WHICH AS YOU MENTIONED IS A 'VERY SUCCESSFUL COMPANY'.

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

$ASXC ie $FLEX buying an entire conpany and team that specializes in surgical robotics engineering and manufacturing would completely fall in their gamut of aquisitions.

$FLEX Charting for you👍

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

$ASXC $FLEX Your going to compare a fabricator that specializes in their OWN limited line up of machines, that sell a few thousands per year, lol, to the full gamut that flex manufactures? lol... are you serious? And ure going to compare a very specialized dedicated (over specialization breeds in weakness, and Intuitive ONLY specializes in manufacturing THEIR OWN limited lineup DESIGNS. PUT INTUITIVE TOE TO TOE IN MANUFACTURING ALL THE VARIED FULL SPECTRUM AND GAMUT FLEX MANUFACTURES, and your going to tell me Flex has zero advantage over a tiny output operation relative to $FLEX ? are you serious? lol here is a line up of the what they manufacture and the scale at which they are fabricated. Now I invite you to open each category. Your going to compare Intuitives tiny tiny limited line up to Flex's monolithic access to supply chains and manufacturing networks required to encompass this massive spectrum? And that somehow is an 'advantage'4 ISRG? hahahahah 😂😉👍 Good luck to them then.

$FLEX $ASXC "it's (FLEX) speciality (sic) is streamling (sic) quality production at a very very large scale at the least possible cost possible. That is NOT Intuitives (sic) speciality (sic). " More noob blabber and misinformation. ISRG manufactures its own devices. And, after 25 years, it IS their specialty. And that's why ISRG's profit margins remains high versus this penny player that have always produced severe negative margins on each placement/sale. In other words, the FLEX deal is only going to further exacerbate their negative margin issue.

$ASXC $FLEX SOFAR was aquired by Alfasigma. The largest Pharma in Italy. They now hold BOD seats at Asensus. I wonder why. Maybe seeing a surgical robot in the mix was another incentive, not another liability.

User Image splaintome Posted - 1 month ago

$FLEX $ASXC SOFAR (ALF-X) was ripe for the picking for three whole years prior to this penny stock company buying it. You're delusional if you really think that SOFAR wasn't pitching ALF to all of the big players to get the best deal. The only company that bit was a penny stock company that was desperate because their only product (SurgiBot) was about to be denied FDA approval. Let's just say that this company would not exist if ALF wasn't already sitting on the shelf. Basically, it was a marriage of convenience.

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

$ASXC @hassanali1 @Treadmiler Flex sees the value in the product and with an investment can easily take a bod(board of directors) or even more so a complete controlling say in marketing and advertising. ASENSUS is ripe for the picking by any multi billion corp, and Asensus is a perfect at mercies of any given large corporation willing to throw conditional lifelines it's way. Intuitive's Market Cap is a highly coveted MC. $FLEX has a better shot than most as it's speciality is streamling quality production at a very very large scale at the least possible cost possible. That is NOT Intuitives speciality. Thus Flex has a real possibility of dethroning and taking market share from Intuitive.

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

$ASXC The logic is simple. $FLEX A large company who has revenue in the billions per year must take care whom they advertise and promote whom they are collaborating and working with. Advertising working with soon to be bankrupt organizations and or companies and even worse commiting to build out that companies/organization next gen product, is not a wise move unless there is due diligence on the part of $FLEX. $FLEX would otherwise appear to be unable to carry out basic due diligence before committing and publicly advertising commiting to a more than collab with said company. This $FLEX is quite literally placing their reputation, branding at stake here. Something any large corporation never does whimsically nor without great measure and calculation. Thus it is my belief great things are in store for both of these enterprises.

$ASXC $FLEX Some of the best financial advice I have ever heard!! “Buy what you can lose!” 🤣 😂 😝

User Image macrossluvsrobotech Posted - 1 month ago

There isn't just a negative connotation to delaying earnings. $FLEX KNOWS the financials of $ASXC AND THEY ARE POSTING ON THEIR OWN MEDIA SITE THAT THEY ARE 'SYNERGISTICALLY' LINKED, BEYOND COLLABORATION OR BEING JUST AN OEM FOR $ASXC . IF FLEX KNOWS ASXC HAS ZERO MONEY TO PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD FLEX PLACE AN ALMOST 'BANKRUPT' COMPANY FRONT AND CENTER ON THEIR MEDIA SITE? FLEX IS A SMOOTH MULTI BILLION DOLLAR YRLY OPERATION. Everyone relax and buy what you can lose ans just hold tight.
