As long as the money is invested wisely and further large orders are placed, this is a healthy path.

$EVTV (4) EVTV still has a long way to go. New employees need to be hired and teams need to be built up. The factory has not yet been completed and further investments are necessary. The competition and various risks were emphasized. On the positive side, the gross margin remains high at 35%. If this is maintained, this means a gross profit of USD 5,670,000 in the case of the PLUGD order alone. This will already cushion the coming investments well. Furthermore, I do not expect the goodwill to be reduced again. The market environment for EVTV remains difficult. Larger orders and the business in the Philippines are crucial.

$EVTV (2) EVTV Strategy: 1. In-house Sales Team: EVTV had to eliminate the in-house sales team in 2020. Till 2023 only the executives worked on sales activity. Up from 2024 EVTV will build up a sales team again. 2. Build Dealership and Service Networks: All over the USA. 3. Develop Third-Party Relationships: We have completed existing negotiations with partners and are seeking additional partners for sales, service and support. 4. Provide Demonstrations: In USA, Canada and Asia. 5. Obtain Approvals from Incentive Programs. 6. Grow Our Manufacturing, Installation and Service Capability. In 2023, we increased our integration efforts and began completing the final assembly of sub-assembly components at our Osceola, Arkansas facility. In 2024, we also intend to install the manufacturing equipment in Osceola required to begin producing our vehicles ourselves in the United States.

$EVTV Hi, I tried a small summary: Current product range: Class 2 through 4 logistics vans, class 4 through 5 urban trucks, school buses, electric forklifts, street sweepers, neighborhood electric vehicles (“NEV”) and right-hand drive vans and urban trucks. All vehicles are produced by different OEMs located in China, Malaysia and the Philippines. For the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022, our net losses were $12.7 million and $43.8 million, respectively. Included in the net losses for 2023 and 2022 were non-cash charges of approximately $6.4 million and $38.7 million, respectively. - Good political environment with high funding goals - Overall strong market development (especially in China) - many investments in the American charging network (One goal in the next 5 years: EV charging stations every 50 miles on major corridors)

$EVTV Just great. Over 3 Dollar today is my guess. PlugD is a valid company and all our vehicles are going directly to named costumers. Maybe they will order even more than just 200 :)

$EVTV Looking at PLUG=D right now. They are offering basically almost all of EVTV’s line up. They also offer school buses and have mobile charging stations. Website powerdbyplugd.com . They are a new startup in Texas. Started business in Dec 2023. Will try find out more info.
