$IGT Does any Wall Street Form put a value on IGT stock after the issuance of IGT (lottery arm) stock on a one for one basis and the cash payment from Apollo? Is this all we are going to realize is $22 to $24/share? I wish I would have sold in the 30s which wasn't long ago when we were looking to unlock he value in $IGT. Is this all our gaming and online company can generate is a few dollars per share? We are the king of VP to boot and sports betting is igniting. The marriage of $EVRI and $IGT seemed like a good and strong company going forward.

$EVRI Okay the special dividend is off the table since the Apollo bid. We still should see gains of about 5 to 10¢/month till they take over. Maybe the smaller number for the first few months. I am going to wait to get full value and keep on accumulating when it dips below $12.95/sh for now. And if the buyout didn't happen that is fine with me too as this company looks solid to me. I turned around and saw their name on the Casino floor and the ATMs in Vegas. I would be curious to know how they get paid for the ATMs which also cash in the TITO slips. Remember to do your own Due Diligence. The above is my strategy and due to my age, I don't mind making approximately 12% over the next several months.

$FSM 116,000 oz gold produced $ avg price sold at $2334 You think Jorge is NOT going to rally the troops & get every oz of production. Last I checked $2434 is $100 more per. Here's the deal they want your shares. They want you bummed that the share price ain't moving. Go look at how long they took to grab shares in $EVRI! atm's on most casino floor + back of house software. The stock may not move short term,but cash flow will grow.

@kungfubob I also forgot that it was $IGT that approved the Apollo buyout without a vote from shareholders. I do believe that $EVRI will have the shareholder's vote. It's still very complex to anticipate a price on the share value of the gaming arm and the price of the lottery company which will be the only stock we will see. I personally think we could have kept going the way we were. The e-gaming business was just starting to gain a foothold and increasing moderately. The lottery business was solid. And the merger with $EVRI would have given us a larger share of floor machines and service machines (TITO redemption with ATM machines) When I was in Vegas in June I saw a huge presence of $EVRI.

$IGT Damn, 49 minutes into the cc. Sounds like we won't get much per share when all the yada yada yada gets paid or put aside. With a little over 200 million shares outstanding we get $5/sh for every 1 billion that goes to the shareholders. Just listen as see what you think we will get. Were we better off with the merger going it alone? Sounds like we have to fund almost everything out of that 4.05 BLN inckudung paying down debt (how much debt?) 400 million of expenses and other items. And the board approved this without any input from the shareholders? I might sell some $IGT on any decent upswing and buy $EVRI as I know what I will get per share with that investment. Any thought please?
