$EVA Everyone needs to reject the plan. Originally the plan gave the common shareholders 5 percent of the new company with an option to have warrants at another 5 percent. They now are killing the shareholders remaining ( Nothing given in the new plan)so I would hope all would vote no for acceptance. The company is going private and they want nothing to do with us. I fully Understand it would be hard to deal with private investors in a closed company ( Not Public) but that is not what they said. In my humble opinion they have a problem as they made statements that they would have room for us in the original docket. Those statements are what we relied upon in order to not sell our shares.

$EVA Sounds like the restructuring is still before the court. Could the court deny the company going private? keep shareholders in the money? or force the company to buy back? all unknown but the halt and then delisting without a chance to trade out was the biggest robbery I've ever seen

$EVA Will this be tradeable as evvaq on the OTC, or is it just 0? If they can go from giving 5% post restructuring to going private, plans do change. Is this something that could still change (I know, very long shot) where the BK court says "no, you can't". But it will still trade on OTC until the conversion to a private company is official and done.

$EVA Honest and serious question. So what happened to the stock holders and the 5% after the come out of the re organization. I thought it was written in the BK courts that that would happen based on the value of the stock. Seems like a flat out lie saying that and then a few months later saying they are going private and we get 0. Many were holding on to see what that 5% would amount to. And if going private, don't they have to buy out our shares?

$EVA has petitioned the court to emerge from Bankruptcy as a private company thereby canceling all shareholders investments. This is bullshit. How can we fight this? I started to sell that shit yesterday and get rid of it.

$EVA Sliding up the valuation to literally not the worst + higher recovery %s + warrants recovery (with a decent implied volatility) + improving fundamentals + the hottest event driven trend this year + new pricing contracts + vision to real profits in the forecast + short interest. i cant think of a better bet to make in the market and it manages to trade down every day ugh

$EVA so if one was to sell the 50 cent put for 32.5 theo price, the downside is capped at losing 17.5 cents ( thats a scenario where old co goes to zero - unlikely IMHO) so add in the recovery of a mere 2.5% stock and ZERO warrants (maybe one of the worse case scenarios AND on the Low side of the Lazard valuation AND assuming NO warrants which is wrong) gets you a risk profile of 1 cent loss is this not a tremendous r/r ??? that nobody is talking about?

$EVA i think the 50 cent puts are very mispriced here, they have 10c intrinsic and about 20-25 time value call it 32.5 theo value for the 50 cent put in the back months the docket outlines about 5% equity + 5% warrants, so the old co. stock is not a zero.
