$ELMS Bagholder since 2021. Is there any future for this stock? I'm weighing the potential future worth, if anything, against selling it to reduce taxable liabilities. Seriously wondering why this isn't in sub-penny territory with what's happened, but since it's not sub-penny, and has been relatively flat since the "financial misrepresentation" came out, I'm thinking maybe it has some future potential?

@KendallP Oh... but were they really assembling vehicles, or were they just rebadging the $ELMS vehicles and adding those round lights to disguise the Chinese-sourced cabs?

User Image spellmantechnology Posted - 1 month ago

@KendallP @OrangeCrushed I know this is off topic but I Remember when Randy Marion supposedly purchased 22 vans off of his own lot... now we know that Randy Marion had already paid $ELMS for the vans and were in the process of trying to return them when $ELMS went bankrupt. I don't believe any PR that comes out of Mullen is legit.

$ELMS Taylor needs to be in jail or pay the shareholders who he screwed.....he owes me $46k Fuk these leach lawyers trying to get your shares.

User Image spellmantechnology Posted - 2 months ago

$MULN That @Mquigley is clearly a paid scammer. He knows those vans on RMA lot have nothing to do with Mullen since may when RMA reached an agreement with the bankruptcy arbitrator to sell the vans for whatever they can to recover thier money since they couldn't return them for a refund. RMA paid $ELMS for the Returnable vans and when they tried to return them to $ELMS for a refund $ELMS was already in bankruptcy. The vans belong to RMA and Mullen doesn't have anything to do with them and won't get a dime if one sells. @Mquigley is a paid scammer.

$ELMS the offer below is a cop out......the lawyers win and you lose 95%. The time window is a joke, as all shareholders should be reimbursed at $10+ per share as we all got screwed. Only one who wins here are the management who stole and the lawyers. Remember you can sell your shares on the expert market higher than what they are offering below.

$MULN Mullen has now removed this post about selling 4 vans to DB SCHENKER from its website and all social media platforms! The vans don't even belong to them! As of May 2024 per a settlement with the $ELMS bankruptcy trustee, the vans belong to Randy Marion and Mullen doesn't get a dime!! Pretending to sell Chinese manufactured crap that they don't even own is hilarious! πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

@tat535_ I've always had the same stance. $MULN is poorly run money scheme that will fail in an epic fashion. I love that Robert Bollinger has fled and that the former $ELMS CEO is now in his place. Winners all around, ya think?

$MULN Bobby jumping ship!!! Paid off tens of millions $ in debt along with tens of millions $ in his (and his old buddy, John Masters) own pocket(s). Been faking it for over a decade. Let the bigger crooks finish the fraud. πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ You just have to wonder. Which one of those crooks leaked the *news* about Jimmy boy...the disgraced ex- $ELMS CEO... to those compensated "consultants" (pumping idiots) to spew their BS on X. Hey Saleem G-dawg Chicanery @DavidMichery, what took you gang of crooks so long, you dirty pig? Didn't Jimmy join your fraudulent scheme in 2022 when you bought those junk "assets"? 😏🀭😏 It's been a while. Has Bollinger imported enough material for 70+80+50+4 B4's??? I mean...you crooks import everything from everywhere, no? Can't even afford to pay Roush to fabricate the "siderails," huh? Is that all Bobby imported since the beginning of this year? He wouldn't use a hidden identity to import parts from China like you did, wouldn't he?😁🀭😁

$MULN The Mullen Five was nothing more than a prop used at car shows to sell shares. The design is not even Mullen's. Mullen doesn't have any proprietary patented drivetrain or battery technology so no one knows what or whose technology is under the shell. So it was all a charade to sell shares. Michery knew he would never be able to actually go into production... now that he has worn that scam out...he doesn't even talk about the Five anymore and it has basically been abandoned. Now it's all about 3 year old Chinese manufactured crap they acquired from the $ELMS bankruptcy. Mullen is a goddam SCAM!
