$ELF According to short seller, Muddy Waters, three of E.L.F.'s largest suppliers determined that their longstanding practice has been to take title of goods on the China side. Talk about splitting hairs! The fact remains... no matter where title of goods is taken, E.L.F. is knocking it out of the park when it comes to sales, revenue, and market share growth. Now, with this new Trump administration, I foresee more and more companies avoiding heavy tariffs by taking title of goods prior to shipment as E.L.F. has done. Sorry, Carson Block (Muddy Waters)... you can't win 'em all!

$ELF As I told E.L.F. CEO, Tarang Amin a few months back in an email... I believe in the E.L.F. company, its mission, values, and stance on diversity and inclusion. Clearly, Tarang Amin is a person of moral rectitude and principle. He is much loved and trusted by employees and suppliers alike. By contrast, Muddy Waters... a short seller with intent to sway markets in his favor, will be seen for who he is... a market manipulator of the lowest degree of character and veracity. Truth will win out in the end!
