The recording date for the Reverse Stock Split with Nevada Secretary of State is May 31, 2023. The market effective date will be upon approval by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority . The Company will obtain a new CUSIP number for shares of common stock of the Company in connection with the Reverse Stock Split.
