$DSHK much of the same . Puttery continues to show that’s where the growth is at. Traditional golf side overall solid , continue to hold 43 courses under management. Not much to say about DS venues all the same , we will most likely see better results with the introduction of the Puttery venues. same store revenue growth is there and company continues to cut cost in 2024 where possible. Looks promising , there is eyes on this one for takeover especially now under the new administration, deals can go through easier and smoothly. They need capital injection to grow out the Puttery in the west coast . Side note: did not see any info on the drive shack New York build, starting to think this is way deep into the future , maybe 2028 or scrapped. Might have overlooked .

$DSHK The company has postponed its Special Meeting of Stockholders from November 25, 2024, to a later date to ensure enough stockholders can attend and vote. Due to this postponement, the company will not be able to approve amendments allowing it to buy back its Preferred Stock before the expiration date of its current offer on November 26, 2024. As a result, the offer to purchase these shares will not be completed and will terminate on the expiration date.

$DSHK some dumb penny trader that’s been buying at these really low levels just sold out at an insanely small profit and sold to the bid price of $.13. As big buyers come in this won’t matter anymore and hopefully this is the new trend

$DSHK one day we’ll all be just sitting here and all of a sudden this thing starts ripping with 1,000,000+ volume and may be much higher, it always happens like that. Feels like the stock is just consolidating until the move up. Hard to put strategy to the stock giving its status in the OTC markets consolidating is really all I can see, there’s always a buyer. Just need buyers that are willing to buy up the bid higher and higher and higher

$DSHK @csorb now we just need President elect Donald Trump to stop by the Manhattan Puttery and we’re off to the races. He needs to go by there and confirm his support for small business. I’m sure him and Wes speak occasionally, it’s just what billionaires do. It’s known that President Trump has his concentration mainly on two things, number one his golf swing and number two the stock market. Dropping the Mic on that one.

$DSHK I stopped into the Manhattan Puttery yesterday for the 1st time and walked away very impressed. Ignore the poor reviews complaining about the price or how short the courses are. This is an upper class venue for those who appreciate the finer things in life and are willing to pay for it. The place is very chic and has a great vibe. It is in a prime location for this too. I was told that corporate events are the mainstay but that Friday nights are pretty busy and it seems there is always a steady stream of occasional dates. If earnings show that a venue like this can turn a profit easily, I have no doubt where this stock is headed.
