$DSHK Just a thought...why not open the Putterys to the under 21 crowd from 11am to 5pm serving grilled cheeses hot dogs and pizza (by the way very low cost and high return) and then make it a 21 and over crowd after 5 pm. You could also promote a take your kid golfing day during this 11-5 timeframe to continue building on the family interaction with the sport of golf. Oh yeah..we can't even file a quarterly report on time what was I thinking.

$DSHK here is the math - AGC worth $125 million; 4 Drive Shacks $50 mm ( total) ; The Puttery $100 mm net of minority interest. $275mm less $51mm junior debt; less $26.5 mm LOC; less $61 mm pfds= 136.5 for common shareholders or $.68 cent per share in 200 mm shares - jmo

$DSHK all right ladies I did my own homework and went all the way back to April of last year, strangely felt a lot more bullish as far as post on this platform versus this year that’s for sure, could be because of the HK boot 2023. That being said they posted on 28 April 2023 with the same delay report date as this year. Sit tight it’s coming.

$DSHK hey if anybody here lives in the North Carolina Florida area close to the drive shacks try to pass by on one of the opening days and ask them what’s going on with the Monday and Tuesday shut down, somebody there will say something and give some clarification to this

$DSHK last filing mgt. noted renovation of DS's which could account for monday and tuesday closures at Raleigh and Orlando. the venue EBITDA was 44 million for the ninemonths ( that is gross of G&a expense) or a venue EBITDA run rate of 59 million. Its broken out that way to show true value of venues ( includes AGC) . With mgt owning spprox 100 million shares ( including RSU's) they havevto be looking at possible sale to Private equity. jmo

$DSHK I just confirmed on the website Orlando and Raleigh both are working minimal days of operation Wednesday through Sunday. The other two drive shack locations open Monday through Sunday, Richmond and West Palm.

@antifapat I like your spreadsheet. I didn't know $DSHK suspended dividend payments, but that doesn't surprise me. I never bought those despite their high dividend yield because the company wasn't profitable. To answer your question regarding $ECC preferred D ($ECC-D), I think those are fine (I have some of those as well). But I prefer the class C series because it has mandatory redemption on 6/30/2031. So I am guaranteed to get a $3.x capital gain on top of the dividends until then. By my calculations, that makes their dividend yield = 9.21% until 2031. Also, the insiders own a few million dollars worth of $ECCC. I don't think the insiders own any $ECC class D. So it seems their executives prefers the C series as well. Once the C series is redeemed, I will switch to the D series. Also, I have a lot of capital losses from 2020, so that $3 capital gain will be tax free for me
