$DRIO I missed this post from Sanofi's Felix Lee last week. I want an announcement before Q1 earnings about the expanded Sanofi Dario partnership. I would also be OK if they just bought this for 400M (10x). :-)

$DRIO Last year, their big insurer plans that were supposed to go got delayed by a year. Over that same time, the company added a boat load of the big insurers and employers (and there are only so many). Over that year, the company created a new partnership revenue and sales pathway (including a consultant who advises employers) and they got some big contracts this sales season. So a whole boat load of things are hitting this year.....and this pathway will compound while also growing going forward. But I do love your revenue arguments peeps...comedy is rare on this site.

$DRIO Let's try and demystify the shorts age-old arguments: Revenue is a 2-step process: 1) get the insurance or employer contract; and then 2) get people to sign up the next plan year (because people are only allowed to buy insurance policies Nov 1 - Jan 15. That next sign up window was Nov. 1 2023 to Jan. 15 2024. So now millions have this benefit in their insurance policy and all the company needs to do is get them to use it get revenue. And see here is the trick - the insurer and employer now want to push DRIO to their patients because.....IT saves them money. And DRIOs 80% rentention rate means DRIO is selling the insurer to patients. Do you see now why your revenue arguments are outdated?

$DRIO loving how the shorts are sticking to a narrow view of 4th quarter revenue during a year id delays last year and somehow avoiding the road ahead. if this sillyness leads to more short selling we might just have a very good day coming. shorts - please keep playing this game. you might be more blind than i suspected. I would like the bulls money back. and some more out of your own pocket please. seems fair

$DRIO absolute ridiculous. These guys are getting no traction. They got all these contracts but can’t convert to revenue. Really is sad.

$DRIO Full-year 2023 revenue of $20.4 million reflects a decrease from 2022 revenue of $7.3 due to a managed decrease in B2C and strategic milestone revenue as the core B2B2C revenue increased.
2023 B2B2C, employers and health plans recurring revenues increased 39% year over year as the core business continues to gain traction.
Commercial revenues in 2023 generated majority of the revenue with B2B2C growing from 13% to 25% of total revenue from 2022 to 2023.
GAAP operating expenses decreased by 11.2% sequentially from the third quarter of 2023.
Non-GAAP operating expenses decreased 9.4% sequentially from the third quarter to $9.9M. Signed multiple customers onto the Aetna platform which subsequently launched in Q1 of 2024.

$DRIO We're obviously early. Question is if the business model thesis is actually true: will employers actually pay for DRIO services? At ~$40M mkt cap, still believe they can and will...least enough to value this business at attractive rate to be acquired. (I own 45k shares at $125M). IF employers will pay and just question of timing - then away we go. Q1 results will be telling. LFG

$DRIO imo a little sensationalistic to call this ER either terrible or fantastic when no major new information was released. Bulls here are betting on a revenue inflection in the coming quarters (so pointing to last year's revenue trend isn't a prudent standalone analysis); bears are betting on attrition and cash burn into oblivion (which could happen if contracts don't start ramping significantly in the next few quarters). still trading on low volume overall so the volatility doesn't necessarily mean much about the business fundamentals. the waiting game continues ;)

$DRIO doesn’t matter if earnings are good or bad. It isn’t going to do anything if volume stays this low.

$DRIO Meh. Earnings exactly as expected. Erez as expected. Everyone will hold for another quarter, when we should actually see if this is going anywhere. Can't believe their numbers are so f'ing bad.

$DRIO Analyst just raised the "navigation technology" of twill. Such a great question! DRIO is also a leader in this. It is why they have an 80% customer retention rate. This navigation piece is huge for payers. Part of their strategy to grow customers as well. SO SMART. This Twill purchase was a business model augmentation and not just a revenue add. While everyone else is trying to copy DRIO platform, DRIo focused on widing the gap between itself and rest of market. Know what you own folks. :-)

$DRIO Ha- love the softball question from LifeSci. let me rephrase that "Hey Dario guys heres an easy question, please remember LifeSci and our $30 price target when you dilute the piss out of your shareholders later this year....."

$DRIO Interesting...DRIO now is replacing an internal vendor to CVS. I wonder if this is the management tech firm that was fired by CVS 2 years ago because of a Department of Justice investigation. I called this one. Also, it means that DRIO is managing the benefit for CVS. That is HUGE FOLKS. HUGE. It means they might be managing other digital solutions too. Like a management contract. Can milk that as a revenue source until the cows come home. WOW.
