@ForgottenOne $DOCRF unsure if he was a total POS… just an enthusiastic retail investor that got caught up in it. I had another one of those on $ASTR … (squez boi or something) sadly when things were going south he started to disclose his novice attitudes to investing and didn’t even know what happens in event of an offer for being taken private. All of a sudden their armor is exposed. It’s a lesson for all of us to do more research ourselves. I really should’ve exited when the model towards mental health was unveiled… it wasn’t the company I signed up for.

$DOCRF 0.04 C offer to go private. Far under any sort of value… vote yes, you get a penny on a dollar if that but unable to start a class action. Vote no… and either a new offer will be arrived at / a restructuring / a bankruptcy / in my mind this isn’t worth anything under 40 cents, given Vision Pros sale and assets, so will be voting no on anything below that number. Would rather take it to bankruptcy with the % that we get paid back more.

Headwax you were the main ringleader promoting this company all the way down from $3! You still want to act like an authority figure here and have no remorse for all those that you mislead. If someone wants to post a negative viewpoint, they are more than entitled to do so. And more than being entitled to post, they are more than likely right as well. Just as everyone else was that you were so committed to arguing with, attempting to discredit any word they posted. You were wrong. Very wrong. Learn from it and move on, with humility.
