$DMEHF Any NG companies that are not hurting or going BK spent tons of money on hedges during the initial Ukraine invasion spike in NG. DMEH, not so much. With these lame old wells that need Viagra, for every $1 worth of gas they get, it will take $2 to get it. What about the helium? We are no longer a helium company. These wells net about as much as any other NG well and it is so low, most NG companies don't even bother to try to capture.

$DMEHF In their press release from January 30th they stated the following: "The Company intends to satisfy the provisions of the alternative information guidelines set out in Sections 9 and 10 of NP 12-203 so long as the Required Filings are outstanding, and to issue bi-weekly default status updates." So far, they have fulfilled these requirements with bi-weekly (meaningless) press releases on Feb 13th, Feb 27th and March 12th. The next press release was due yesterday, on March 26th. This did not take place. What does that mean? Have they submitted the due documents in the meantime? (The deadline for this is March 29th.) If so, is the information contained therein so catastrophic that it will not be published? I'm sitting on a mountain of losses and thinking about selling everything while I can still get a few pennies for it.... What do you think of the situation?

$DMEHF Pulsar Helium...PSRHF...just entered the OTC from the pink sheets today. They recently discovered what is being touted as the largest and most dense Helium deposit on the planet with their main well showing 13.8% He. Our Holbrook wells showed 7% (but, of course with no pressure, nor permits to frack)...and our NM property is basically a low producing, abandoned NG field...at a time when NG is trading at roughly all time lows. At most, NM will produce .07% He...which compared to 7% or 13.8% is NOTHING.

$DMEHF a month from the 29th. I am honestly looking for the production of natural gas and if they r profitable with natural gas even without selling the helium. The expansion of the natural gas wells should provide some increased profit margins

$dmehf 'Asked Don if the plant is in revenue-generating operation and he replied in a one-line email: "We are selling crude Natural Gas under the offtake contract that expires on May 31. Currently we have the main compressor going but are not allowed to do any processing."' maybe the shitheads in mgmt should have done a modicum of due diligence and read the contracts they were about to assume. the level of incompetence here is unreal. btw, how much money did they raise from the cruise mgmt took on the company dime? answer: ZERO. not a single filing evidencing any money raised. SCUMBAGS. little pumper gal posing as a guy suckered A LOT of investors.

The company was grossly incompetent, their presentations were outright lies...and you fueled the flames of their lies by reiterating them in a publication...over and over again.
Now, you belittle investors for not turning over stones to connect the dots. For the sake here of those who read your articles and believed them...why don't you share with those people what you consider infinite knowledge as to the future of this company. You owe them that.

$DMEHF Question? DMEH told share holders that facility #2 would be paid for by profits from Holbrook Facility #1...and there was no reason to dilute. Then, we were told that there was so much gas there that we would be leaving money on the table without facility 2, so they diluted the stock and "said" that the money was going to be used for facility 2. Soon there after, we were told that Holbrook was a bust because there wasn't enough pressure and they didn't have the permits to frack. (total incompetence) So...Did they know that there was no pressure when they diluted the stock? AND...did the money really go towards the commissioning of facility #2 for Holbrook? If they knew there was no pressure, that is a material event and that needs to be released IMMEDIATELY. Not doing so is an SEC violation. I suspect that they knew that there was no pressure and diluted the stock in the $3's to have funds to move to NM, not to buy facility #2. That is called FRAUD.

$DMEHF "fairly soon". In late October, Mosher told me up and running AND profitably, by the end of the month.
As I knew that was BS, I discounted that as the end of next month...Nov. But what he really meant was the end of the year...but now, with the "fairly" vocabulary added, they really meant the end of Q1/24.
Thank God they diluted to start building facility #2. The desperate need for such a facility is readily apparent.
He plainly stated No dilution and facility 2 would be paid for by profits from #1...but out of pure greed, he did it anyway. Then...by pure incompetence there was no pressure AND no permits to do what what was necessary to extract the gas. How could they possibly not have seen that coming?
It's like opening a night club. Spending millions of dollars and then ready to open, "what about the liquor license?" "Ohh,the liquor license! How could I have forgotten that." Go to apply, oh, there is both a church and a school within 500 feet. DENIED. Incompetence.
