$NSAV Grover from $HMLA was relatively public with investors what he was filing, why, and what he planned on doing with monies if he was successful. What he shared publicly was rather objective and very high level and wasn't a rant - just why he thought there was a legitimate case. Apparently the courts agreed.
Now it pauses until Feb/March and then it becomes an issue of how does he collect or what type of settlement $NSAV $CHIF offers to satisfy rhe $58MM judgment.
Amazing how these companies consistently do not disclose such material legal issues. $DMAN just lost a major case that also was never disclosed & ignored when investors asked if it even existed

$DMAN Getting significantly more chatter on Twitter but be very careful. Play the chart/trend but be very wary & informed about the history on this one. When it dumps, it dumps hard & fast.
Show me one ex where company followed thru in last 2 yrs.
Curr mgmt team was supposed to have brought $28MM in annualized revs. Where are those...? They report @ $150K of revs from consulting yet their costs for that are somehow higher than the revs (how is that possible...?!)
Play the trend but don't get sucked in

Why hasn't DemandBrands disclosed this legal issue in any filings...?
This was around Series A ownership/company control and loan agreement. Looks like the co lost decisively.
Also - Suneet is barred from being a director or officer by SEC

$DMAN DemandBrands still trying to "reinvent" themselves but the reality is they have executed on Jack squat the last 24 months & the folks at First Financial are still running the show & seem to be using this shell to turn "loans" into shares and then dump them onto the public with each major pump.

Expect this to move but also expect this to be very short lived. If entering this-be sure you understand the history and separate the hype from reality. People claiming CIC but no CIC per last filing on 11/15/22 for their 3Q22 report. Still not reporting Series A owner. Also won't answer who the corporate protector was in 3Q21 filing when they ousted LuckyChief/Dixon nor will they answer where the supposed EPA was filed that was referenced

$DMAN Twitter feed is now blocking investors for asking legit questions. Good luck getting them to respond to what happened with LuckyChief, who the "corporate protector" was referenced in the 3Q21 10Q when they separated from LuckyChief, why the last CEO was referencing investors back to Suneet to answer questions when the SEC had clearly barred him from operations at pubcos, or why a Singhal is still on the company board (also tied back to First Financial)

Control os the co is still in dispute since the Series A has 80% voting rights and are rightfully owned by the CEO they ousted (Dixon). Ask them why they do not list the owner of these shares on the corporate filings...
Play the swings but do a hard deep dive before considering "investing" here.

@sj89 $DMAN high 20s to low 30s for me for a swing. Might put some orders in for high teens for the cataclysmic drop when a large investor finally gives up.
Once again - this co has followed thru on nothing they announced and per last CEO - the old guard is still running the show from behind the scenes
