Since I posted the comment below the shares haven’t moved much but it’s only a matter of time before these shares of $DCO break out. I stated in the comment below that a good price target was $90. Analysts at the time had a price target of $75. Today the average price target has been raised up to $84. I’m glad to see that other analysts are starting to see the value here. Soon they’ll adjust again and come up to where I’ve been all along. This is one of my long term holds.

$DCO I really don't understand how this stock is so cheap. It's profitable, and it's basically priced at its current earnings. 200mil quarterly earnings and the stock is not even at 1bil marketcap.

$DCO Ducommun price target raised to $86 from $80 at Goldman Sachs Goldman Sachs raised the firm's price target on Ducommun to $86 from $80 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported Q3 revenue, EPS, and adjusted EBIT that was above consensus, with top-line outperformance in Electronic Systems and a solid Structural Systems margin, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Ducommun is taking market share in its aerospace and defense end-markets, improving price and cost and therefore expanding margins, the firm added.

$DCO Ducommun reports Q3 adjusted EPS 99c, consensus 74c Reports Q3 revenue $201.4M, consensus $194.1M. "VISION 2027 again this quarter is taking hold in many areas and especially in our margin growth, as our mix of Engineered Products and Aftermarket revenue continues to climb as a percentage of revenue. Q3 was another outstanding quarter for DCO as we once again grew our topline both year-over-year and sequentially, led by strength in both of our Military and Commercial Aerospace segments along with strong quarterly gross margins and Adjusted EBITDA margins," said Stephen Oswald, chairman, president and chief executive officer. "Net revenue for the quarter exceeded $200 million for the first time in our history to $201.4 million, up 3% compared to Q3 2023, with strong demand for select military radar, missile and electronic warfare programs, Airbus platforms and business jets, despite the temporary slowdown in demand on Boeing platforms.

As many of you know, $DCO recently popped up on one of my scans for stocks I’d like to hold long term. Here’s the chart. It’s in a definite uptrend. It’s also currently sitting at support inside that upward channel. And that’s generally where you want to enter a position or add to your position. It’s also near a 10 year high so there’s virtually no overhead resistance. Note that a price target is somewhat difficult to determine because predicting a price multiple for these shares is somewhat difficult. Analysts have a price target of $75, but a more appropriate multiple of 25 would push the shares up to $90. I’m sure I’ll get a better handle on this but for now I’m just looking for money to start a small position. #MoreIdeasThanMoney

@dennismccain Sorry if You misunderstood - I just wanted to point out 3 things 1) GAMCO what I closely follow also had $DCO in the list so it could be a good lead 2) I had some bad timings with these 2 names i mentioned in the post (totally not related that You had one of them in the list - i had it before i saw it in your list) 3) I am considering reducing my individual name count and have more exposure via ETF-s. So again, if I somehow was rude, it was not intentional.

Ducommun Inc just this week jumped onto my list of companies that are expecting improved earnings growth yet they’re still reasonably priced. Now I haven’t been following $DCO so it’s new to me but as other analysts increased their future earnings estimates, the shares got picked up by my scan. It’s probably worth doing a little on since this is the list I use to find long term investments.
